I think you are safe. It's not going to be your little boys room decor forever. You'll change it once he's into a big boy toddler bed anyway.

It's calming.

I do not think it looks too feminine at all (but then again you can look up my nursery and see what you think as it is mega girly). In fact, my gut instinct was more towards using that for a boy than a girl. It just has a classic victorian feel to it and I would love to see that in a boy's room with that color. It would be a really classy boy's room.

I think it is kind of girly... my first reaction was That is BEAUTIFUL! I can understand what people are saying that you may not have it for long or will change it when he gets older. I think it looks a bit feminine. My opinion though!

I think it is beautiful and wouldn't hesitate to use it for a boy's room. I think I'd actually be more likely to use it for a boy's room over a girl's, anyway.

I like it, and I think its good for a boy...... BUT, if my DH had a vote, he would say NO WAY  so you should probably ask for DH's opinion before buying anything

My husband was looking over my shoulder when he read your post. His immediate response...without hesitation...was "Yes."

It is pretty, but I have three boys and I wouldn't use it in their nursery. The bows really make it a little feminine. Sorry.

i think its beautiful & not too feminine at all.

(wasn't it back before the 1900s that pink was used for boys (b/c it was associated with blood = red) and blue was used for girls (virgin mary color) ...

anyway my point is, its a very classy and chic look. i personally love it.

I love it!!!... BUT................ my DH would never let me buy that got a baby boy. I'd do like the PPs suggested and check with your DH.

It's sort of like how I LOVE the name "Jillian" for a boy, but hubs would never ever do it.

I think its really pretty and would suit a little baby boy but when he gets a little older I would say its a bit too girlie. Sorry, don't know if that helps much.
