Her room looks great! I love how you're taking all the pictures so we can see the room coming together. I can't wait to see it all finished :D

Another little update...

We got her crib bedding and lamp in today! Unfortunately we haven't bought the matress yet so I just put on the bumper and layed the comforter inside for now.

We also got her swing in the other day. I just love it! It's just like the Fisher Price Rainforest only they released a Butterfly Garden collection. When you turn the music on little butterfly lights dance across the netting and walls.

Tomorrow I'll work on finding a curtain rod and put the matching valance up.

Kaydence's (we love the name Kaydence too except with a "C") is coming along beautifully. Do you go in and look at it all the time? Did your little boy help with any of the decorating? Y'all are doing such a GREAT job!

OMG I swear I never leave the room. LOL Just in there daydreaming of what it will be like to have her in there. As for our son...that's a whole other ball of wax...he is not happy we are having a girl and really wants nothing to do with the baby, but did help me put things together.

Thank you! We got it from Babies R Us, it's part of the Mon Cheri collection. We'll be getting the matching dresser next month.

We finally got around to adding some stuff to the walls. We bought the 3d butterflies that go with her crib bedding and found a cute wooden sign at babies r us...that reads Thank Heaven for Little Girls. We slid that above the closet.

Hi Dolly, so far I've found the only place you can buy it is online. They have the star version at babies r us, but the buttefly one is available at Target and Walmart online. I can't wait to get her in there...I've just gotta get the cat out first. LOL

Thanks ladies. We ordered the glider yesterday, I was REALLY hesitant on spending 300 dollars on it but gosh this thing is so comfy and I remember how awful the one I had with my son was, the wooden kind with padding. I always managed to trip or stub my toe on the base mechanism. But the good thing is because of the colors we used we can move the chair into pretty much any other room after I'm done using it in there because every room in our house has sage green in the color palette. I know that probably sounds weird and I didn't even do it on purpose, I guess I just must be in love with the color subconciously lol (living room, wine/sage/earthy browns, kitchen sage/hunter/deep purple italian wine theme, our bedroom is sage/maroon/gold, bathroom 1 is sage and cream, bathroom 2 is sage and lavendar lol)

Here's a peek at the glider...
