Nursery Distilled Water

Postby babygirl4 » Sat Nov 07, 2009 5:12 pm

Has anyone used nursery distilled water for a newborn??? Our little one we think could be a little dehydrated due to his jaudice and due to dehydration we think he maybe having trouble pooping. It was suggested to us by a Dr to give him water but not sure what to use. We have also noticed his poops are sticky not sure if this normal or if they should have more of a wet consistency.

I was told not to use distilled water because when they distill it...it takes everything out of it. I do use bottled water tho, because our tap water is very very high in both iron and calcium.
