I am so sorry, but I agree with PP, call your OB and discuss with him, it may not be as serious as you are imagining. Just to share my experience with a different condition and what I went through....
I had monthly US to check my cervical length with my 3rd son due to my first DD being a preemie. At my 28 week US all of the sudden doctor mentions baby has ventriculomegaly, which could mean severe retardation, a severe genetic disorder, fetal death etc etc. I freaked, my 5 year old was with me though so I had to hold it in. Called DH on way home from appt, he googled and found the same scary news. Got to work, my Mom picked up my DD and I lost it sobbing in a co-workers office for around an hour. Called OB later and he said 80-90% of the time this finding is nothing, simply enlarged ventricles that do not grow and chances are baby is fine, he was really kind and while he did not promise 100% all was all right, he made me feel much, much better and was not as pessimistic and the perinatologist. I did more research on my own and found out in the absence of other soft markers, this condition is usually nothing. Had an US a month later as follow up, ventricles were stable in size, no follow up, baby was fine. He is now 1 1/2 and perfect.
So as scared as you are I do suggest finding out more! Hugs!
Liz
