Well, they were closer to 28 days right after I stopped breastfeeding, I thought. But I havent really been paying attention unitl this last cycle when I noticed that I Od on CD 38 and started AF spotting on 5DPO. That's just aweful.

When I conceived Wyatt, I was taking vitex and b6 and geritol complete. But my cycles were still really bad, I just happened to get pregnant after Oing on CD 58! lol

I'm considering the theory that maybe my weight is contributing to the bad cycles. I'm 5'5" and 108. My dr wants me to gain at least 5 lbs. So, I'm trying to gain and see what happens with my cycles. I've always been naturally thin and it's hard for me to gain weight.

I think after this cycle I might try soy. I'm a little hesitant b/c I've seen some people say it made their cycle worse..? I dunno.

Hows everyone else?? Are your kids dressing up for halloween? Mine is going as frankenstein...

Hunny-congrats

Emmo- I don't know what I am going to dress Madeline us as yet, but I am thinking about a ballerina

Madeline's allergy test came back and she is allergic to milk. What are some substitute things? Like for milk, cheese, etc???

ttc41 leo is allergic to milk. we use soy products. avoid anything with a milk derivative in. we also use tofu and alternative dairy free sauces.

the milk we use is hypoallergenic and its hard but we get by if you need any tips or advice pm me as we have been living with this since leo was born

stay away from marg... you need to go with products that say dairy free or look down the the list and if you see any of these ingredients stay away. this site helped me a lot

these are the names for milk
http://www.inspection.gc.ca/english/fss ... aite.shtml

if you can get hold of neocate nutra its like a spoon fed alternative to puddings you can mix it with anything and it will add calories as the main problem with dairy free children are they dont gain weight was much as other kids. we have had this with leo and we have just managed to start catching up. its hard finding what you can give them but once you find the groups of food that are safe you just continue using them :)

i used soy cheese alternative. and i use alpro soy cream. cheese is the hard one and things like chocolate and things are hard but leo has never had them so he doesnt miss them. also i use soy yoghurts and they taste the same as dairy ones

Thanks! :)
I feel bad b/c she had a Halloween party at daycare , and I am thinking gosh is she going to be able to eat any of it? I guess why that would make since that she is so small then! She has always been on the small side.

what percentile is she on if you dont mind me asking leo dropped to the 2nd at one point it was heartbreaking. the protein in the milk causes food not to be absorbed by the gut. its quite strange really.

gingerbread is a good one. and also gelatin sweets. most lollipops, some cakes and buns are ok but try to stay away from cake itself
