Claire - glad to hear you felt ok on Sunday after your massive cleaning spree. Sorry to hear you are DP had a fight. I really hope he makes an effort to change. Wow, your moods definitely sound all over the place. Make sure you come in here to get things off your chest. I have mood swings too but not to that extreme...I don't think. DH would probably say otherwise

Rachel - so happy to hear you survived your first week back at work. I think thats the hardest. :lol4: at people commenting about your weight. Its like "well duh of course I look thin cos last time you saw me I was carrying a beachball". Aww how cute does Eli sound. Bubba cuddles are the best.

Krissy - Charlotte is doing good. She waves now, can stand on her own for a split second, gives kisses, claps her hands, dances, walks along furniture, has 7 teeth and is keen to try whatever food we're eating. The boys are good. School holidays start next weekend so of course they can't wait.
Can't wait to see some birthday pics :)

AFM - I got the fright of my life last night!! I came out of the laundry to walk to the dryer in the shed and saw a man peering in through the frosted glass at our front door. I absolutely crapped myself. I mean this is at 10pm. He didn't knock or anything. I froze and didn't know whether to say something or ignore him or what. There was no way I was opening the door cos I didn't know for sure if the screen door was locked. So I yelled out "are you right there?". I had to repeat it again before he asked if steven was here. I said no, no steven lives here. Then he went to walk away but then came back to the glass and asked if theres an 11a in the street. I said theres plenty of different units in the street but none would be 11a considering we are 11 and we're a house. He then left. But I was so shaken up. I mean who the f**k tries to peer into someones house without knocking on the door. I ended up putting chairs against all the doors, locked the kids and I in our bedroom and slept with a knife! I had planned on an early night but by the time the adrenaline wore off it was like 11:30pm.
I've decided to start trying to toilet train DS3 seen as though he's 2yrs 8mths. Day 1 today and not a good start. No wees or poos in the toilet but 2 wees and 1 poo in his undies  Oh well will keep trying. Patience is the key right

Bella - woah! What an exciting life you have!!! I can't believe that story - I would've shit myself!! Did you find out what that guy was all about? I remember once in the middle of the night when I lived in a flat - I heard something and got up - when I went out into the hall there were two eyes peering through the letter box. I got such a fright. Turns out it was some drunk girl who though she lived at my flat! I get so freaked out when I'm in the house on my own - I'd die if there was some random peering in the window. Hope the adrenalin has worn off now...

Eli hasn't been well today. I think he's caught a virus I had last week. I had an awfully sore throat and the last 2 days he's only wanted to eat pureed food and not that much of it compared to normal. Any time I give him anything solid he's sick. Plus he had a bit of a temperature so I've been filling him full of medicine... hoping he gets a good sleep tonight and wakes up a bit better tomorrow. Anyway, back to work again tomorrow. I think it'll take a few weeks to get used to - but I'm glad it's this week and not last week again.

Anyway, just popped in briefly to see what was going on. Hi to everyone else!

I am so sorry girls!!! Being a stay at home mom is tough and I NEVER have time to do anything!!! When i worked I could always respond but now if the baby is sleeping im cleaning, ugh. I think I may be ready to go back to work already, but I'm going to try to make it u til November because I have so much planned. I'll go ahead and update here and then do some personals, as much as I can remember at least :). Archer has been teething like a mad man, he has 4 top teeth coming in at one time :(. The last three weeks have been tough but I believe he is on the mend. He had a cold last week too. I'm subbing at the school this week so it's nice to get a bit of a break. Archer is now standing alone but still not taking steps. He walks around everything and crawls like crazy though. I'm in no hurry for walking though, he already gets into enough trouble lol. I guess that's pretty much it for now.

Rachel-I'm so happy work was good. Isn't it so nice to come home to a happy loving baby. Im sure he will be walking for you soon!! I can't believe he is lost 1!!

Ella-Charlotte is such a sweet girl I bet!! I can't believe you are already 12 weeks. Second trimester already?! Won't be long and you'll be finding our the gender.

Claire-sorry to hear your having trouble again with DP! I hope you straightened his butt out. He has to help you, this new LO wasn't made single handedly. I'm glad you have a lot of energy to clean. I was like that my entire pregnancy. And lol about your moods. You may need a nap afterall or a pedicure ;)

Krissy-I still can't believe Kyle is 1!! I can't wait to hear about him moving up at daycare! Is his trying to walk yet? I bet he is just the cutest little guy!! Sorry he was sick again poor baby. I bet he gets tired of a running nose. I know archer does!!

Natalie-you look adorable! Hope the sickness lets up for you!

Check this guy out :D

Rachel - I just have to trust that the weirdo was looking for Steven. OMFG I would have had a heart attack too if I saw eyes peering in the letter box. I'm kind of used to being on my own now but sometimes if I hear something strange my imagination will still run away from me!
Sorry to hear Eli has been sick. Is he any better now?

Cara - yay for Archer! What a clever cutie :D Will be a long wait to find out gender as we're team green this time  Its amazing how rare it seems these days. There are about 35 mums in the March DDC and only 2 of us are team green (there was 3 but one caved and found out).

AFM - Day 4 of toilet training DS3. 1st day was a dud, 2nd day he didn't manage to pee in the toilet till late afternoon, 3rd day was really good with only 2 accidents and 1 of those was only cos the poor bugger was vomiting after dinner, and today is shaping up to be a dud again. I had a horrid nights sleep last night and am feeling it today. I feel like I've been hit by a truck.

Yay for belly pics!!! You ladies look great!!!

Bella: Yay for team green! I don't think I could do it! Sorry to hear the potty training isn't going too well....he will get there though!! How scary to have someone looking in your window!!! Yikes!

Rachel: How is Eli doing? I can't believe he's going to be 1 soon! What did you decide to do for his birthday?

Claire: Nice to hear from you! Sorry you and DH are having troubles again....I hope what you said to him sinks in and you get some help!! Is Charley walking? Sorry if you've said.....

Cara: Nice to hear from you also! As much as I say I would love to be home I know I could not do it full time - no way possible! But would be nice to have a *little* more time at home :D Look how big Archer is!!! So sweet! Kyle is walking some - not much yet and pretty unsteady but its soooo cute! Crawls like crazy though and always on the go!

Natalie Hope you are feeling ok.......

I posted a few pics in the picture thread :D I didn't have many good ones on my phone :( so I'll have to upload pics off my camera.....but I put 2 from his party on there. Kyle's cough sounds HORRIBLE! Poor little guy I just don't know what to do and it makes me feel so bad! I am taking both boys to Children's Hospital next month (about 3.5 hours away....... its where their specialist is for their immune disorder ) to see an ENT (ear, nose and throat) Frankie has seen him before and he is WONDERFUL - he did Frankie's sinus surgery a few years ago......I am really crossing my fingers Frankie doesn't need it again but thinking he might :( and I am hoping he will have some ideas to help Kyle since they both seem to have similar issues.......I am planning to go over 2 days which will break up the drive time - last time we did it in 1 day thats always tough - esp. now with Kyle.....so hoping driving 1 way each day will help.

Beautiful belly Claire :D

Krissy - I'm not sure I can really stay team green either but I'll be trying really hard :lol2: Great pics of Kyle! He's such a little cutie pie! You will have to keep us posted on how you go at the Children's Hospital next month. Hopefully neither of them need anything too serious done!

AFM - toilet training has been better today. Just 1 accident :D He goes to daycare tomorrow so will be interesting to see how he goes. I've bought him pull-ups in case he forgets to go to the toilet while hes there. 13wks today. Can't wait for my scan! I just want to see that everything is ok. 2 sleeps until DH is home :yay:

Hi ladies,
My apologies cos I'm knackered so not up to doing personals tonight. I'll try to do better over the next few days!

Work going ok but busy. Eli is a bit better but still not 100%. I think he's had a sore throat cos sometimes he's sick straight after eating something solid - but still ok with purees. I've also noticed that he has 2 more teeth about to come through - poor guy! I was ill last week (I think that's what Eli has got now) and this week DH is ill too - so I'm keeping away just in case it's not what I've already had!

Love the belly pics - looking good!

Krissy - I'll have to check out Kyle's pics in the other thread. I hope he feels better soon - so horrible when they're sick.

Bella - lol at the toilet training! I'm glad it's going well now - I'm not looking forward to all of that!

Cara - I can understand how hard it is being at home all the time. Wow, look at Archer standing - so good! I think Eli's going to walk very soon. He's now chasing our dog around in his walker - running up and down the hall!

Claire - hope things are better now with DP.

Kiwi - hope you're feeling less sick than before. Nausea sucks

Right, headache so I'm off - hope to update again soon

I'm beyond exhausted and really not coping. I need a break from the kids where I can spend a day sleeping. I feel like I'm at breaking point :(

Hi ladies! Just stopping in for a minute while I can (at work!)

Natalie - nice to hear from you - hope your trip went well! Sure it's nice to be home though!

Bella: How are you doing?? I hope DH is home now and maybe could give you a little break......

Rachel Hope things are going well for you! Sorry everyone is sick that is no fun!

Cara and Claire hope you are doing well and hope for an update soon!

AFM: Couldn't be happier that its Friday - I had one of the WORST days yesterday!!! Nothing went right and then I had a horrible headache and just problem after problem!! But hoping today goes better! Kyle is still coughing like crazy :( and Frankie is still on his antibiotics - he might be on them until we see the specialist next month.......The bright side this time to seeing the specialist is that my best friend lives about 30 minutes away so we should get to see her since we are staying over night!! Usually we don't since we drive there - go to the appointment - drive home.....So I am hopeful we can get together!
Well I don't know if I'll be back this weekend - so if not hope everyone has a nice weekend!!!!!

Hi all

DP and I are ok. He's supposed to help with yard work tomorrow so will see how that goes.

Just popping in quickly before bed, to vent about work lol
They have suspended the shelter manager and will be hiring a private investigator to come in and talk to staff to assess the situation and determine if he will ever be allowed to return to work.. That's all they are saying and they've told us strictly not to discuss the matter either at work or outside of work.. It's made everyone uneasy.. It's hard when they refuse to elaborate and have sworn us all to secrecy. Many staff are fearing for their job security now, naturally, it's quite a shock to have someone in such a senior position mysteriously suspended like this. It's happened once before to a lower level manager and after over 6 months of suspension and investigation she was dismissed. From what I can gather, both my current manager and the previously dismissed manager were both standing up for the little guys (daily workers like us), against upper management (CEO) only this time the shelter has received negative media coverage and union action in the lead up to their suspension of the manager.
It's all very unsettling, and confusing, luckily though I think I have managed to avoid getting mixed up in the dramas this time, so my job should be secure. Though if I'm not interviewed as part of the investigation I'm unlikely to ever know the true reasoning behind their decision.
Anyway that's my vague, confusing vent. Will update properly tomorrow but I'm exhausted now so off to bed I go.

Natalie - nice to hear from you. Thanks for popping in :D

Krissy - still tired but I've calmed down since writing that other post. I hope you had a nice day yesterday and you have a good weekend.

Claire - how weird. Surely there are rumours as to whats going on? Hopefully everyones job is safe! Theres nothing worse than worrying about that kind of thing!

AFM - DH is finally home. His flight yesterday was delayed 6hrs. I was due to work but had to go in 3.5hrs late. I didn't get to bed till after 1am and was up just before 6am thanks to miss Charlotte. Will be having a nap before work today! DS3 is going great with toilet training! He's telling us when he needs to go and even waking up in the mornings completely dry!! No accidents in a few days so I'm a very proud mamma :D Hes had vomiting and diarrhea the last couple of days but seems ok this morning.
Hope everyone has a nice weekend! I'll be working and sleeping

Hi ladies!!

Ella-I'm sorry Your so tired. Honestly I could not even fathom the idea of 4 children and being pregnant. Dont get me wrong it is a blessing for sure but I have my hands full with one lol! I forgot to comment on the crazy guy that was at your house! I would have went after him with an axe! Oh how scary. Glad dh is home to let you get a nap! You deserve a day off with no kids! Schedule it soon!! Love your belly too! Awfully cute, I'm jealous!

Rachel-I can only imagine how tired you are from working and then coming home and being mommy and wife. I remember the feeling oh to well. Yay for Eli walking. That's funny about him chasing the dog, Archr does the same lol. How many teeth does Eli have now? Archer has been cutting the top four for about 3 weeks now, the two middle have come down and the other two have yet to break through but thu are right on the edge. How are you?

Claire-crazy about work! I Hooe you get some juicy gossip soon. Maybe he was stealing money or something of that nature. I sure hope do helps you outside tomorrow. What's the weather like there? I love the belly picture! I can't believe it is already almost baby time. I'm so excited to meet her. Are you going to do maternity pictures again? I think I'm more excited about being team green then anything the next time :)

Krissy-lol autocorrect always changes your name to Krispy lol. I'm sorry the babies are sick. How exciting about staying the night for your specialist trip. It will be like a mini vacation. I love a change away from being at home, it always excites me. How's work? Did you bet hear back from your old boss?

Natalie-thanks fr stopping in. Where in the states do you visit?

Afm-me and dh and archer are on the way back home from buying a fifth wheel aka rv. I'm so excited. Dh does a lot of hunting and his lease is pretty far away so he stays the weekend. Now me and archer get to go too! I love camping. I'm not sure how it will go with a baby but I'm sure we will enjoy it :) we also are getting a new deep sea fishing boat and I think I'm going to attempt to go out fishing again. The last time I was dreadfully sea sick. I was substituting this week at my old school and it was a nice change to get out of the house. I heard about the job at my wic office, the breast feeding counselor, they just closed the job listing and will be calling for interviews in the next few weeks. She sounded pretty confident but well see, I'm still praying I get the job. I would be so excited especially because they told me you can bring your infant to work until they are 6 months as long as your are breastfeeding. Anyway, I'm glad it's Friday. I hope archer let's me sleep in, I'm tired! My nephew has a birthday party on Sunday so it's going to be a busy weekend. I hope everyone has a great weekend!
