We had a pretty good new years eve, my parents watched all the kids so dh and I went out to eat at a really good restaurant and then went to the casino for about an hour,we were still home by 8 30 pm lol. Dh and I joked that we must be getting old or we're just super boring people bc we HARDLY EVER EVER get a baby sitter (especially for all 3) and we're still home before 9 ON NEW YEARS EVE lol. Oh well it was still nice to get away just me and him

and we got a bunch of free noise makers, hats, headbands, necklaces, and feathers for the kids at the casino that they were giving away at the door, the kids all loved the goodies to 'bring in the new year' with...even though we did the count down at 10 instead of midnight... Oh well they didn't know the difference lol.
Nicole, I hear ya on the painful jabs, I never had that problem with any of my dds,so I always wondered if women were just exaggerating when they'd say that the baby kicks hurt or were getting annoying....well now I know what they're talking about. It just started getting painful in the past week or so (before that I was actually worried bc I thought he wasn't active enough). It's not painful all the time just in certain spots or when he really gives it. I'm wondering if it's his position and I'm starting to worry that he's most likely still not head down, I know he still has time to turn but my girls were all pretty much head down since my 20 week ultrasounds. I feel a lot of movement down low, some around my belly bottom and sides. The strangest movements are the ones that are towards my back and the back of the uterus...you know what I'm taking about? It feels strange. And I now know what women mean by using the bladder as a punching bag lol.
Also, my bathroom breaks are now becoming URGENT! As in if I don't get there now now I'm going to pee my pants. But then sometimes I'll go and it will be barely at all and then 10 minutes later I have to go again...I doubt I have a UTI as I've never had one before so I'm not prone to them and there's no pain or burning associated with it. I think baby just has a lot of pressure there right now. Sleeping sucks and is so painful...ugh! And the overall pain and ache in my uterus and pelvic area is back and starting to get more severe as the days go by. I feel huge and I know I'm just going to get bigger
...ummm what else lol. Oh crotch lightning is back sporadically again. Thirsty all the time. And starting to get tired a lot more again during the day like the first tri, sometimes I feel like someone slipped me a roofie(spl?) in my drink Lol. Like I'll try to get up from a nap and feel so drousy or I can barely keep my eyes open at dinner, not every day but the fatigue and exaustion is definitely making a come back. I have the drive to nest some days but I just don't really know where to start, I still have no clothes for this baby (or anything for that matter) that's for a boy besides the gender neutral stuff we still have from dds'. And no where to put my youngest McKenzie yet. She will be sharing a room with her older sister Natalie, but we need to get her sleeping in her own crib again first. She was doing great for a while but now she won't fall asleep in there so most nights she sleeps in our bed. I want to get her moved out and situated in sisters' room way before the new baby gets here so she doesn't feel like she's suddenly kicked out and being replaced as I don't want there to be any bad feelings towards the baby, she's already going to have to adjust to not being the baby herself anymore...I'm feeling some guilt about that, I went through that guilt though with all my kids when I got pregnant again lol and it does go away. Ugh so much going on...didn't mean to write a short story lol. How's all my prego ladies doing lately?
