Random: I am ridiculously sore from painting Gwennie's closet and edging in her room yesterday. I cannot believe how sore I am for the small amount of effort I put into it. My husband even warned me that I was overdoing it. I said, nah! I'm not working that hard. An hour later and I was WAY past done. I feel fine and then suddenly I don't. And I'm having a hard time gauging when that point will hit.

Anyone else finding that they have no stamina?

No stamina for sure. I'm now winded by walking up one flight of stairs. I've also been coughing up a storm for the past week, so my stomach muscles are very, very sore...

Ugh agreed. No stamina and very little motivation to get any accomplished. We really need to start planning our addition and house renovation so we have somewhere to put all these darn kiddos lol....but i just don't wanna lol.

I just wrote a super long message and then lost it. And then I cried. So I guess that's my update for the day guys. Hopefully I'll be back soon and be in a better state... I think I need to sleep probably.

I'm with you guys, for the best two weeks i've noticed that i'm losing my breath coming up and down our stairs to the second floor. Carrying my two year old more than twenty steps also has me losing my breath. She herself was a big baby, very long weighing at 7 13 oz at birth and this little one will probably be around the same so i'm not looking forward to now onward with this pregnancy.
Anybody feeling the urge to nest but lacking motivation as well? that's me. I know im only 6 months in but still

Alpaca: Man, I'm sorry about the post getting deleted. I always copy my messages just in case I lose them. I'm finding myself crying over REALLY stupid things. I've cried over food twice now and last night I cried over the fact that I was really uncomfortable trying to fall asleep and that the cat WOULD NOT leave me alone. Like full-on hiccup-cry. And I have no idea why... let's just blame it on hormones and go with it. Oh, and that video of the little girl crying while watching that one cartoon that's floating around. My husband showed it to me and I bawled like a baby; what a sweet, empathic child, but damn, I can't watch that kind of stuff anymore without crying.

Nicole: I'm having the exact opposite problem right now, but it might be because I don't have kids to chase after. I NEED to nest and if I don't, I get kind of agitated and need to do something else/redirect my energy. Like tonight, I finished painting Gwennie's bedroom, but I needed another gallon to do it. So I went out and got it right then instead of waiting until tomorrow. WTH? Why did I do that? It totally could have and probably should have waited. But no... I needed to finish it tonight.

In other news: my mother informed me today that her must-have Christmas present is to see Nickleback in Nashville. It was during the attempt at finishing my anatomy scan at the doctor's (which STILL isn't done) so it promptly flew out the window. I remembered at 12:30 this morning after being asleep for a few hours. I laid in bed for 30 minutes tossing and turning, thinking, "First thing in the morning, I'll order the tickets." I couldn't fall asleep. So I ordered her tickets and got on here. I REALLY hope I can find sleep soon.

NEED ADVICE GUYS!
Had my new OGYN meeting this morning (my last one retired) and i really like her! My due date is now moved up to march 9th-12th instead of the 13-15th...Here's where i need some advice; I don't like the hospital she works at or is near my house. Its huge and always busy and a major hospital, they have rules i don't like that i got on the registration package and i have to be out right away if my delivery goes smoothly which my doctor thinks will be the case. I loved where i gave birth two years ago with my first kid, only its about 30 minutes away from us in my hometown but they opened a new state of the art maternity unit now there (best in province) and i had a ward room all to myself because they had that much space available on the floor. Anyway what i'm saying is does anyone know if i can choose which hospital to give birth in? I'm going to ask my doctor next month when i see her but was just wondering if anyone knew whether i had a choice or not?

Nicole: I painted it Behr's Designer White. Nothing fansy. They paint everything in the apartments with flat paint. You can't wipe it down at all. So it was mostly to switch to eggshell. As far as the hospitsl, it's up to your ob. They have to be able to deliver there. Sometimes, your ob can over rule some of your worries with the hospital. Just ask and see what happens.

yeah we decided to just take a private room since our insurance covers the whole cost of that (250) so we can just pay the 50 dollar difference. People can visit longer when you have a private room, you can bring in take out or your own food (in the wards visiting hours are only 10 am till 7 and you have to eat ONLY hospital food yuck).

Shady, I had the nesting bug early with dd1 but we were struggling a bit so I basically had to wait until I was already 8 months before I started to get everything together.. I was pretty much relying on my babyshower, which wasn't until the first week of January (was due feb 14th, she came feb 8th), for everything I needed and let me tell you that was torture! I'm so glad to be starting much earlier this time.

Speaking of nesting(; I'm going through the closet at my parents house where I kept all of Dd1s old clothes (what I didn't give away or toss) and it's actually so much fun! Lol, I can't believe what I'm finding that I had totally forgot about. I found the outfit we had her in for our little picture day when she was exactly 1 month old, & OMG I can not believe how tiny she was!!! I seriously forgot just how small she was, how just about all her clothes were too big on her, & I remember seeing the tiniest little outfit at the store with my mom and thinking how perfect it would be for our tiny tiny babygirl.. Those were great times, our little family was so cute & happy and new and exciting.. and let me stop before the waterworks start flowin! Lol.. Anywho, pics!

The first pic is dds super tiny outfit and how the bottoms fit in my hand, and u can still see my fingers and parts of my palm!(I have itty bitty hands that fit my lil 5'2 less than avg bmi body, lol)
&The second is my super cute (& goofy bc she's so small!) big eyed babygirl and how perfectly it fit her :D

:) thank u :) & yes girl it's so crazy how we forget, I just about died! I can't believe I forgot she was so so small and I never want to forget it again! I think I'll be yard sale-ing for some old glass frames this weekend, I need to frame that outfit asap. I want it hanging in the play room where if(when, lol) she starts getting aggravating about not listening / one thing or another I can glance up at it and remember her tiny little innocence and keep my cool.. I have next to no patience with her since becoming pregnant esp now that I'm bigger and I feel terrible for it :/ She's so BIG now, and getting to be so grown.. *sigh*
