Ok, I write out my calender on a dry erase board on the last day of each month so I did February this morning and it just so happens that the dates fit perfectly all the way up until my official due date of March 8th..
Seriously do y'all see this??!! It just can't get any more real right now!!

I love stuff like that!!!!

Went out to eat yesterday and they seated us in a booth with a table that didn't move... my belly wouldn't fit. I was SO embarrassed.

Nothing new on this front! Except for a stupid massive storm that is bring 35 cm of snow to us so basically everyone is trapped inside tonight and all day tomorrow lol If this where a movie TONIGHT would be when my water would break ugh.

lucky- omg how cool! My date is march 8/9th too so its good to know the baby is technically a full calender page away now!!!

shady- haha that sucks but honestly i can't squeeze through the biggest spaces now either so i feel ya. So embarrassing.

Shady - Hahaha stupid restaurant booths! It's not your fault clearly!
Lucky - Love the calendar, it's really sweet! I can't believe how close your due date is! Eeek
Nicole - Okay that does not sound good. I hope the weather improves because a snow storm and being stuck home sounds really scary, especially if you have a good chance for another fast labour. We had a lot of snow last night but it's not sticking today, it's quite sunny out.

afm - Just gonna rest today, I feel like I have a million hours of sleep to catch up on. I look like a full-on zombie. I have my birthing class tonight 7:30pm-9:30pm, not sure if I'll go or just send DH on his own if I'm still not feeling well. All my puppies are being so affectionate today, they just want to be close and cuddle. Cuties.

Anybody here going through bad acid reflux? I never had any with my first pregnancy but over the last few weeks i've noticed that I was getting it once a week. Then, i had it the last THREE nights in a row and yesterday was the worst. Like just acid burps basically. Tums didn't even work. Any advice?

alpaca- definitely sleep sleep sleep lol. The last month is basically the hardest on most woman you get SO uncomfortable and the baby has no room and its like your body is officially on over-drive 24 hours a day 7 days a week!

Oh, Nicole. I am SO with you. I've had heartburn but it's gotten so much worse over the past week. I've been eating Tums like candy and drinking lots of milk. But the vurps are vicious. I wake up with vomit in my mouth... disgusting! I've found that if I sleep on my right side, it's SOOOOOOOOO much worse.

Alpaca: Enjoy cuddles from your babies. I've noticed that my fur kids are a lot more affectionate lately. Rest it up, girl!!!! And send DH to class by himself.

Shady- omg yes to sleeping on the right side! Found that out last night, it made me burp more and vomit like i honestly was considering sticking my finger down my throat to see if it would help. I just took two tums right now because i could feel it starting up again and its sorta kept it at bay for now. I'm going to try having more milk like your doing, see if that helps!

You guys, I only have one word for you: zantac. I'm usually more on the crunchy/try to avoid drugs as much as possible side, but the heartburn has been so violent I've been literally sobbing in pain. I'm taking one every night, that way I can sleep. Tums/gaviscon barely even touched anything. I cope with it during the day (hello vom in my mouth) but at night I just can't cope.
Zantac has literally saved my life. I'm scared to research it though... I know lots of women take it in pregnancy but that doesn't mean anything really...

So DH is at the birth class on his own and I'm relaxing by watching beauty videos on youtube and looking at pictures of sidecuts. I don't know why but I'm getting this urge to shave part of my hair...

Zantac is on the approved list from my OB! I'm gonna try it tonight! Thanks, Alpaca! And I totally think you could pull off a sidecut! I've never been brave enough to try that or anything asymmetrical.

Can you take zantac if you don't have heartburn? because its just the acid burbs for me no heartburn or upset tummy. And tums is just not cutting it, as soon as i eat something, anything even like a single strawberry my acid reflux reappears and i'm burping up acid ugh

Shady - DH says I can do the sidecut if I still want it in a month... He's always trying to discourage my impulsiveness...
Nicole - It says on the box it relieves heartburn and acid indigestion. It kinda works for all kinds of reflux/heartburn issues I think. Definitely check it out.
I've been having to lay off citrus-y/sour/spicy things due to this situation, it's making me a little sad! The worst has been that I'm trying to down 3 liters of water a day and the water keeps coming back in my oesophagus and burning it. Gross.

TMI and totally gross but one of my pups just licked some of my colostrum... I was airing my BBs as they were getting irritated by wearing breast pads (have had some pretty intense leaking past couple of days and having to wear them 24/7), just sitting up in my bed topless basically, reading and minding my own business when Kitty, my youngest (who was actually bottle fed as she had the worst latch and just would fall asleep on her mummy), sneakily went up to my left nipple and licked it. I literally squealed and jumped. I guess it smells really strong and somehow attracts dogs as well as babies?
The funniest thing is I got a lot of movements from baby girl at the same time, I'd like to think it wasn't just the fact I squealed and was startled, but that she was actually angry like "what are you doing, trying to steal my milk!"
