Well it is good and kinda bad news! We saw the baby and it looked great and measured spot on! But the DR said there is a clot adjacent to the baby that does not look like the SCH but it looks like another baby tried to implant but did not make it! Soo if this does not resolve she said I could lose the baby but most of the time as the pregnancy grows it will push it out of the way or it will dissolve! Has anyone ever had this and gone on to have a baby? If I lose this one it will be my fourth loss and the first one after seeing the HB. I am a basket case and i know that I need to trust that my body will do what it is suppose to do. TIA for reading and prayers would be appreciated.

That's called "VTS" Or vanishing twin syndrome. Apparently it's more common than not, especially with early u/s. I thought I had a vanishing twin, but it turns out they are both there.

You can google it, there is a ton of info out there about it.
