How do I ease the worry?

Postby Ashley E » Fri Apr 26, 2013 1:02 pm

I will be 6 weeks on Sunday after a MMC in Feb at 11 weeks. I have been told my progesterone is low, still in the normal range, just low at 13. So I am on injections 2x/week at 200mg each (which hurt very much btw...but whatever it takes). How do I ease the worry these next 6-7 weeks? Any ideas? DH and I are just trying to stay positive and do things together and with our daughter.
Thanks :sticky: :sticky: :sticky: :help:

Congrats, I understand where you're coming from. The best I can suggest is to stay as busy as you can. Disctract your mind and keep trying to be positive! All the best xx

I dont have low progesterone but i did suffer a mmc in october and am cutrently 6wks 2days. I have bad and have good days. I am going to start going back to yoga once my motivation hits.. i think it will help with the stress. And been taking lots of bubble baths. I agree with keeping yourself busy but dont get to busy where you cant just enjoy being pregnant. I wish u loads of luck!!!

I had a chemical pregnancy the cycle before this sticky one, and I was constantly worried until the first ultrasound at about 7 weeks. I measured almost a week behind, but we figured it was just because the dates were off because I ovulated later than the "average" day 14 (O'd on about CD 18).

I just tried to keep busy, like the others have said, and reassure myself that I wasn't feeling super crampy (just normal mild off and on cramps, which still freaked me out!) and was not bleeding, so everything was fine and I couldn't control anything except my reactions. It was easier to reassure myself once I started having morning sickness and all the other symptoms like fatigue because I knew that it was almost certainly ok if I still had symptoms.
Recently had our first child and have been married since October 6, 2006. I'm 27 and DH 29.

First pregnancy chemical, January 31, 2013.

Got our BFP on March 6, 2013. EDC November 11. Born November 11, 2013!
