BFP 5 weeks after M/C

Postby Beckie08 » Thu Oct 10, 2013 2:02 am

Hi Ladies

I had a M/C on 4th September at 6 weeks.... My levels were below 50!! I got my BFP last week at 10 DPO with no AF in between and I am now 4 weeks 5 days pregnant!

I am so happy but absolutely terrified all at the same time! My tests have been getting darker each day and yesterday at 18 DPO the test line was darker than the control! I am hoping this is a good sign and that all will be good this time! Unfortunately, here in the UK they will not check your levels and the midwife won't get involved until 8 weeks + so I'm feeling paranoid right now!

Wish me luck ladies x

Oh boy im so sorry for your loss. These first few wks are the worse. No spotting or anything? If no you should be good. Luckily tjere are so many ladies on here that have gone through all sorts of stuff so there is a great support base. Hope this bean sticks. You should join the one of the due date threads. Your june?

No.... No spotting or bleeding so I am praying this is a sticky little pip! The support on here is amazing, it makes me feel like I'm not totally alone with my own thoughts which is priceless! I just wish I could get past the constant fear, it's exhausting!

Hi Beckie!

I also suffered a miscarriage at 5 weeks on 25 Aug. I didn't have to do a D&C as my uterus expelled everything the next day. I also got my BFP immediately the next cycle and I am about 5 weeks today! Going in to see my OB this evening to make sure my levels are ok. :)

Hoping for mine to be a sticky one with yours as well!

Hi there. So sorry for your loss. My mc bleed started on Sept 4 as well. On Aug 31 they told me my level was 25 :(

Found out I was pg this Tuesday and level was 49.2. On Thurs it was 143. I'm not even 4 weeks yet - but let's pray for sticky beans!

Just wanted to say that I hope everything is okay this time around and i'll keep fx for both of us.

Stay positive! I tell myself that everyday. I sure do hope it gets easier on the mind!
