Hi Mamabird

That sounds great :) everything is so exciting at the moment, trying not to freak out and take things one day at a time. How are you doing? any symptoms yet? I made an appointment at my Gynae for the 22nd of December and the wait is killing me :help:

Oooh! My first appt is that day too! They wouldn't see me until I was 8 weeks along..

I'm super tired all the time, my whole body feels achey, I'm moody and cranky, my boobs hurt, some acne. Other than that I feel okay (:

Hi there!

I'm new here and would love some buddies who are about as far along as me!! DH and I received BFP late November as well! This is my first pregnancy and I am so over the moon, but anxious as well. I am getting my blood test done tomorrow and scheduling my first appt after that, based on how far along I am! I am estimating about 4 weeks. So nervous and excited. The wait for my first actual appt is killing me and it's not even scheduled yet.. haha oh gosh! Lovely to meet you all and congrats!! :)

xoxo

Thanks Mamabird! It feels so surreal to me, but I think the first appointment will help. I hope I can make it until then! haha. How do you ladies stay patient?? What can we do to help the wait?

Hey girls and welcome again LLB :)

@Mamabird- I responded on the August group, hope you are feeling better today hun.

@LLB- The excitement is overwhelming I know, this is also my first little one so the nerves are hitting home. I went for my blood test yesterday, just waiting for the results now. I booked my Gynae appointment for 8 weeks and the waiting is killing me, especially to hear the heartbeat!!! :praying: what comforts me are the early pregnancy signs I have been experiencing, it helps me know that my baby is growing and my body has begun adjusting to motherhood.

I haven't had severe symptoms yet, just cramping which has subsided today and a little exhaustion now and then.

Thank you Kareish! EEEEK about your blood test! I bet you can't wait for those results :) also that's so exciting to have your appointment booked. Hopefully the next 4 weeks or so goes by super fast for you. I think we have the same due date based on the due date club! I'm sure mine will change after meeting with doc, but that's cool!

I just got home from my first blood test. 24 hrs has never sounded so long. After the results they will schedule my appt based on my numbers and they said they usually schedule a second blood test too. This is all making it feel so real in the best way! But man the unknown is killing me. That's a great point, finding comfort in the symptoms. Never would I have thought that I LOVE having painfully sore bbs :-D

So glad to have y'all ladies ! :hb:

Hi Girls :)

So The doctor called me last night :) said that i am anywhere between 4-6 weeks pregnant...so exciting! Now i just have to wait for my Gynae appointment in December.

@Lovely- have you gotten your blood results back yet?

@mamabird- how are you feeling today? any improvement?

Hope both of you ladies are doing well today. I know it's super early but we plan on telling two of our closest friends/cousins tonight, we will also be asking them to be Godparents so we are looking forward to that. Exciting time ahead girls :pregnant:

Thank you! I'm so nervous, anxious, and happy and very moody! Lol. Since this is my first I have no idea what to expect. I also have started reading a lot too.

I know it's very scary, I have moments of excitement and then moments of utter worry anxiety. I'm reading 'what to expect when expecting' and it's a great book. I also downloaded the app which gives you weekly updates on your baby's development. :)
