FRER Positive PM the a negative AM

Postby JFM1787 » Sun May 01, 2016 11:17 pm

Hello. I'm 27 and me & my Husband have been ttc 2 months now. Been on the pill for 10 years & came off 2 months ago.
Due AF today - Last night I got a faint positive at around 9pm then tested again this morning at 6:30am (both using frer test)
Is it possible first was a dud? :(

Symptoms:
- 2 days of spotting yesterday & day before
- Cramping, pulling & burning sensation in hips but stopped today
- Really sore throat this morning
- Exhausted

Thank you in advance! X

Upon posting this & looking at the negative on the second test I can actually see a faint line! Anyone else?

Did you test again today? I always get stronger positives in the evening. FMU testing is hit or miss for me, and sometimes I avoid it all together because it can be really discouraging!

I do see something faint in the second one. It all depends how long you hold your pee in, also how concentrated it is (have you had much water). It is quite likely that your urine was just a lil more dilute in the morning. I have access to a machine at work, and in one night shift i tested 2 of my urine samples, and one was 14 the other was 27, so big difference in a few hrs.

This might be a dumb question and I apologize in advance lol... but, are those OPKs or pregnancy tests? It's just that I've never seen FRER's pregnancy tests without the two "pregnant, not pregnant" lines next to the test window while I remember OPKs being plain blank like the ones in your picture.

They're both pregnancy tests. The text is on the far side they're a new style I think.
