Books Specifically About Natural Labour?

Postby Robbie88 » Tue Jan 15, 2013 4:44 pm

Hi Ladies!

I know that we plan to have a hospital birth with my doctor and to go the natural route! I have lots and lots of info on pregnancy.. I would love a suggestion of a book on natural child birth... Any suggestions appreciated!

I second this.

There is also some good info from the proponents of the Bradley Birth classes. Here is a link to one: http://www.amazon.com/Natural-Childbirt ... 0452276594

I highly recommend Bradley birth classes, if you can find them in your area! We did them with our first and I really think they helped immensely in our achieving that natural spontaneous birth in the hospital that we wanted so badly! :)
Isaiah, born Nov 14th, 2010, @ 39 weeks, 2 days. 8 lbs 2 oz. All natural hospital delivery.
Simon, born Mar 23rd, 2013 @ 39 weeks, 3 days. 8 lbs 4 oz. Our first home birth!!

Thanks ladies! I would love to take the Bradley classes but unfortunately they are not offered in my area so I am going to have to go with the classes they offer around here! But hopefully the books will give me lots of tips!
