Strictly contractions

Postby NicoleB » Tue May 30, 2017 8:09 pm

I really want to know about other womens' contraction experiences! With my DD (first child) my contractions started nice and slow. My water broke and that's when they started. Just 3 hrs later I couldn't move, couldn't speak and most of all I couldn't even tell when a contraction started and stopped!! It felt like one constant contraction.... never ending, never subsiding one iota. Has anyone had this experience and if you did, was it different for any other births? I really thought I was going to have at least the strength to collect myself between contractions at the very least.

With my DS, contractions started around 6 am, nice and slow and gradually increased in frequency. Went to hospital at 1pm, was okay till 3 pm when the doc broke my water, then I have no idea of the frequency, but it was crazy and I delivered by 4:10pm.
