I thought that I would post my weightloss here to keep track

My first two days were the loading days. Normally people gain on that but I lose 1.4 lbs on them, and then yesterday was my first day of phase 2. I woke up this morning weighing 2 lbs lighter than yesterday, and I had drank 2L of water yesterday

My diet yesterday was 1 apple with cinnamon sprinkled all over. A cup of lettuce, 100g of steak, 7 meat balls, a full cucumber and two melba toasts. I was allowed another fruit but I only had apples. I don`t want to overkill them lol. I lost 2 lbs from that. The meals fill a full plate and more. I felt a little hungry, but they say that is normal the first 3-4 days


Now today I did my diet and drank 4L of water plus two green teas with stevia as a sweetener (and I will never switch back to sugar) I had a melba toast for breakfast. Then for lunch I had an apple, steak and broccoli. It isn`t on this specific protocol, but is on others, and I just LOVE broccoli, and hate most of the veggies on there, so I will see if it made a difference. For supper I ate the most delicious chicken salad...omg I want more. I can`t wait until supper tomorrow so that I can make it again. I felt pretty hungry today. I still didn`t eat my second fruit as I really don`t think I can stomach another apple. I can`t wait until I get some money to go buy some more food! Then It will be awesome. But until then...

Can`t wait to see what my weight is in the morning. I know that no one has been in this forum since march lol, but I`m going to post it anyways.

I ordered my hcg from hcg 1234. They have something on facebook. Also google pounds and inches by dr simmeons and you can find his book in pdf format for free online. It explains it all. It is really not as extreme as one would think once you understand the science behind it.

I`m really excited for two more days to be gone and me not be hungry. Let me tell you though, once the girls go to bed, I am starving..even though I ate 2 hours prior...because it is in my head! I crave junkfood to the point I feel like I am starving to death almost. I LIVE off of carbs so I feel like I am going to die without them. I`m physically addicted to them, so hopefully this will help me get off of that and eat healthier

Oh so after the first day that I was supposed to lose weight, I am down a total of 3.4lbs So R1P2D1 I lost 2lbs

So I woke up this morning weighting 1.6lbs less!
My right arm was 1/2 inch smaller, left is 1/2 inch smaller, my right thigh at it`s largest part lost 1/2 an inch and same 1/2 an inch with the left, at my navel it`s the same , the skinniest part of my waist is a whole 1 inch smaller, my hips lost 1/4 of an inch and my butt 1 whole inch


So 5 lbs loss on R1P2D2 (round 1, phase 2, day 2) and 3 & 3/4 inches in total off of my body

Can`t wait to see tomorrows weigh in. I`m going to measure every Monday I think because it will be at the end of the actual diets week.

On R1P2D3, I weigh 153.6, which is a 1.4lb loss since yesterday morning and a 6.4lb loss over all :D

It started getting so much easier yesterday with being hungry, and drinking the water. I don`t feel weak, or have a headache or anything like I have read many people have. I feel fine other than craving junk food the second that the girls go to bed, and bread and other crappy foods all day. I`m even finding it easier already with my cravings. The only symptom that I have gotten so far was hunger other than weight loss

r1p2d4 and the loss is blah.... .2lbs
BUT that is because I without thinking popped a candy in my mouth yesterday. They said I may gain. so I`m glad I didn't You can't really deviate from the protocol on this diet.

My measurements today were
ll 23
rl 24
butt 38 ( down from a 40)
hip 37
at the belly button 34
skinniest part of my weights 28
la 12.5
ra 12.5

I left my measurements at my parents house when the girls and I went to visit so I had to write it out that way

r1p2d5 I lost .2lbs. Blah. At least it wasn`t a gain, and hoping it is not a stall before my period comes because on this diet, you can`t take the drugs on your period and you need to maintain the diet. Plus, no one loses on their period. :( blah, wish it is not the case for me. I am working so hard on sticking to this diet

r1p2d6 and this morning I weighted 1.8lbs less. So today's and yesterdays weight loss averaged out to be 1 lb a day. Thank god to the awesome weigh in this morning.

I also lost 8 & 1/4 inches so far!

After my period, I am now down to exactly 150. So exactly 10 lbs since I started. Pretty darn excited!

I lost another .6 lbs last night. I`m down to 148.8 this morning. Not bad, but I expected more lol. I suppose I have nothing to complain about though diet wise...if I lost 1.2 lbs in two days any other way I would be ecstatic. Such a restrictive diet

So how did you do?

I did it last year and lost 18lbs when Lola was around 4 months I started. I did it again this year and I have lost 44lbs all together (including last year). I am now 125lbs and am very happy!
