My Jump Start Diet....

I'm almost one year out from having my twins and it hit me.... I'm still about 27lbs over what I was pre pregnancy.... with the twins big party about 10 days away I figured I'd get a jump start on a healthy diet.

Today is day one
Weight: 156.5

I'll post my weight daily here to see how things go..

Supposedly I should lose about 10-17lbs... I'm sure most of which will be water weight, but sometimes you need to see something on the scale to get ya motivated right?

Today is veggies & the soup only... Kale and squash for breakfast.. Yuck.

Better lose more than a pound today!

hmmm not exactly what I expected but I'm not giving up, yet.

Yesterday was really hard I almost caved....at least I get fruits and veggies today.

-3.5lbs


hmmm I was "supposed" to be down 5-7lbs.... not exactly happy with not being 5lbs down but at the same time I'm about a pound a day which would put me at 7ish lbs lost at the end of 7 days. In my opinion so far this diet isn't worth it, but I said I'd do all 7 days so I'm going to.....


bananas and milk today... how is that supposed to help me lose weight?

Up 1.5lbs from yesterday

-2lbs overall

UMMM WTH?

Ok its official... this "diet" sucks. I'm done with the strange eating. I seriously didn't break this diet and I am NOT losing what was stated.

Thats what I get for trying to shred pounds fast... it just doesn't happen that way.

I also have been working out a lot this week... so maybe its muscle? I doubt it though.. thats a lot of muscle in just one day.

BOO. I'm still going to eat healthy and work out and try to lose this extra weigh, but I'm done with this crap!

I'll post my weight here to keep me honest... only 25lbs left
