How old is too old?

I don't even like reading things about breastfeeding online except on groups like this. People are SO weirded out by it. They act like its so taboo. Uhm, I'm feeding my kid. Grow up.

I am not even gonna click on the link as it will probably enrage this preggo mama! I think bfing is a two way street. It isn't something you can really decided one way or another until you are in the throws of it. I never dreamed that I would nurse past a year before I had children. Little did I know ;)

Once my first dd was born, it became a very primal part of my parenting. It was so natural and felt right. Here we are at almost 42 months and I have another dd that is 16 months old and nursing too! Most people that have negative things to say, are simply ignorant. It is so sad.

My oldest is on her way to weaning and I am so glad that I am doing it on her terms. I would type more, but my youngest is waking from her nap!
