Are you getting your vitamins?

I just wanted to share my latest discovery- my LO is almost two, but because of health issues still breastfeeds every two hours 8O! For the last few months I couldnt fall back asleep after her nighttime wakings. Needless to say, I was exhausted.

Last week I discovered that if you are calcium or magnesium deficient, insomnia with a racing mind can occur. I started taking supplements and immediately slept better!! I can't tell you how relieved I am!

I was super surprised at the noticeable change. The calcium I bought is three tablets per day, I take one at each meal and at bedtime I take some powered magnesium. The days I forget, I regret it in the night.
