So this Goodmama thing...

Postby stefanielynn » Tue Aug 16, 2011 11:28 am

...I don't get it. I have one Goodmama diaper, and it's cute, but I don't really like it. I have to have the soaker snapped in, otherwise there are exposed buttons against my baby's skin (it's pretty bulky with the soaker). And then, when she is ready to size up, all those buttons will be against her skin.

Does that irritate them? I have a Piddle Poddle that is exactly the same way, and I'm not sure I'll be able to use either of them once she gets a little bigger. :?

I have one GM dipe. In order for it to irritate DD, I would have to snap it super, super tight....which I don't do. I haven't noticed any red irritation or her tugging at it.

I like our GMs. They are bulky, but most good fitteds are, and it doesn't bother me since DD just wears them around the house. The exposed snaps don't seem to bother her, but I do like my Bububebe fitteds better since the snaps are covered.

They never seemed to bother Leah either. The serging on the ones we had caused her more irritation than the snaps did.

They never seemed to bother my DD either. I loved them. They were absorbent and snug when DD was a bird legged baby and young walker. And it held her pee!

Good to know the snaps don't seem to bother them--it looks so uncomfortable to me! I like it and my Piddle Poddle for naptime so I can save my AIOs for bed--never a leak. But the snap thing has been bugging me!
