When I'm being fancy I'll pick up some wipes cubes at the local CD store. If I'm not being fancy, then I just do water. I started adding 10-15 drops of Grapefruit Seed Extract (GSE) when I was still CDing Leah to keep yeasties at bay.

Sometimes I'd do a small squirt of almond oil and a small squirt of baby wash. I kept a little tub with the water in it and then I'd wet as needed.

I make one that has the following ingredients (I don't measure, just approximately)

1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp aloe vera
1 Tbsp natural baby wash
1/4 cup witch hazel
2 cups warm water from tap

I put it in a spray bottle and spray on the cloths as needed.

This is a very informal formula but it works great for us....no rash/yeast so far :) I use distilled water (keeps it from smelling musty), a couple squirts of lavender baby wash, 2-3 tablespoons of baby oil, and 3-4 drops of tea tree oil which is a natural anti-bac/fungal. I keep my wipes in a wipe warmer so I just stack them in dry and then pour my solution over them.
