Disana Wool Cover... Did I ruin it? :( :(

Postby bistin » Fri Dec 30, 2011 1:46 pm

DH put my mediumish disana wool cover into the diaper pail and ran the laundry after I've specifically told him wool covers are hand wash only! It is so small (I've stretched it to about normal size now...) and completely felted... Is it ruined? Will it still work? It's certainly not as beautiful as it used to be. I'm so heart broken! Any advice? I'm going to go give it a heavy relanolizing...

Felting won't effect it other then the sizing. It is going to make it extremely tiny but it should still work.

There are some wool that you can actually felt before making it into soakers, so it should mainly be the sizing, so if you streched it out... It "should" be ok.
