With pocket diapers... if the outter cloth part that seperates LO from the insert is dry.... can you just change the insert or are you supposed to change the entire diaper. (obviously if it's just a pee diap)...

I change the whole diaper every time :). Not sure if that's the norm or not but for me it made sense, since the outer part is still damp.

Simon, born Mar 23rd, 2013 @ 39 weeks, 3 days. 8 lbs 4 oz. Our first home birth!!

Yup you change the whole thing.. in an AI2 you can change out the insert and re-use the cover but in a pocket, no change it all.

Yeah you will want to change it since pee touched what will be against the baby's skin.
