DIY inserts?

Postby stefanielynn » Thu May 24, 2012 4:15 pm

So I want to try a Flip system, but the DIY bug has bitten me. Our Hobby Lobby finally got the CD stuff in, so I'm really considering making my own covers and am thinking I might be able to make an insert myself. Do you think some microfiber and microfleece sewn together would make a decent insert that could lay directly inside a cover?

Yes, those 2 would work great so long as the microfleece is what is touching baby's skin and NOT the microfiber.

As long as you are planning to make the microfleece cover completely around the microfiber, you should be fine. Microfiber on baby's skin will cause one heck of a rash!
