The catchlights in her eyes are great! Having them facing the light is so much better!

For this much light, you can definitely lower that ISO. I prefer an ISO around 200 or lower if I can. This keeps the image sharper. The higher the ISO, the more grainy "noise" you get.

Great fast shutter speed and the wider ap means you got the background blurry and the focus is kept on her, good job!

If you had lowered your ISO, the exposure would have been better though. Right now, she's pretty overexposed. This means that you are losing the detail in her skin, and her skin doesn't have much texture and looks whited out. The second one is better for exposure.
