photography books/websites?

Postby luvin » Sun May 09, 2010 9:58 pm

Where did you learn the most about photography? Books, websites, anything I can get my hands on to learn more. I can't go to school ATM, so I want to cultivate my love of photograph on my own for now. Any tips or advice or reccommendations would be great! :D (btw, I have been googling, but I thought I'd ask here just to help myself out a bit.)

What Kylie said plus a ton of trial and error. I'm a dork and will write things down once they start making sense. This just helps to engrave it into my noggin.

I write things down too. I'm doing MLK's photography course at the moment and I've been printing the lessons, reading them and writing down points of interest. If I just read it, it goes in one side and out the other. Nothing sticks.
