Goth Girl

Postby blue-eden » Sat Aug 21, 2010 2:52 am

The is the rest of the Goth Girl pics I took WEEKS ago! Note to self: to not put off finishing editing until after vacation! I was so not into editing photos I took weeks ago, ugh!

I pushed the envelope on PPing these. Feel free to tell me if you don't like the creative vision! This is the girl who has the problem with controlling her facial features and body movement (so no posing) and was very distracted by the environment. My vision was "forest nymph".

All shot with my fave lens right now, the 85 mm 1.4. I kept the ap wide open at F1.4.

This was actually the light check, so I didn't bother to frame well and her knee is not totally in frame as I would like. But I liked it so kept it.

For some reason, I forgot to finish editing this one! oops! I'll have to go back and colour pop it too.

This last was taken with my FAVE lens right now, the 35 mm 1.8. Shot at 1.8.

Aw thanks!!

To be honest, I'm not all that happy with them, mostly because of the lack of posing. I was having SUCH a hard time just to get her to look at me, that I was distracted away from framing and posing. More things for me to work on ---- interacting with the subject!

I'm very happy with the colours though. I've worked hard to get that right!
