Where Can I find a website to get some ideas for newborn pics? ( like with props etc.. me and another friend are going to try to do ds newborn pics to save money.

Go to http://www.flickr.com/ and type "newborn" and you will find a ton. Also if you google search "newborn photographers" and check out their websites you can get great ideas.

Just a site note: when you look at the images of the newborns on the sites, be aware that many of the images are composites or have been extensively photoshopped.

For example, the "hanging baby" shots from branches, or the ones where they're propped up on their hands. The photographer will have the parent hold the baby's head up, and take a picture and then clone out the parents hands. Or the baby will not be "hanging" but will be resting on a beanbag, which is when photoshopped out.
This is done for safety reasons, and most newborn photographers don't even attempt those shots.
