Yes, I did read them! You guys are so sweet! My name is Maureen :). I'm 32, DH is 33. We met drunk at a bar   when I was 25 and then I was "knocked up" six months later. Hah! We married when the kid was 4 months and still happily married 5 years later. My son's name is Thurston.

Not much with me, full flow now so just waiting to give it a go again :). I feel very optimistic.

I don't think that I needed maternity clothes until about 14-15 weeks so you should be able to make it through Xmas, at least with the rubberband trick ;).

TTC #2 since April 2014

September 2015: Ectopic loss. Had laparoscopic surgery to remove ectopic and repair right tube (6w2d). HCG continued to rise after surgery; had two separate doses of methotrexate 1-2 weeks after surgery to abort the cells.

8/15/16: BFP! EDD based on ovulation 4/24/17.

My husband and I were together on and off for about 3 years when our daughter was born but we just got married two months ago tomorrow!
It was nice having her be a big part of our special day! :)

I love hearing people's stories!
Becca, Since this is your first I think with loose tops and the rubberband trick, you could make it until January or February before you have to wear maternity clothes. I was 5 months before I needed maternity the first time, 3 the second.
Maureen, aww, well I am really excited for you next month. I think that will be the month!
Kathy, was dd a flower girl? I was 5 months pregnant with dd1 when we got married. We were dumb kids with this plan to get married and have a baby right after graduation. Too bad I got pregnant before I thought I would, and she was born in May.

Thank you!! Yes DD was flower girl, except mine was fall themed so she threw fake leaves and laughed her butt off the whole way down the aisle. I wish I could've seen it but the pics are adorable!!

EEeee adorable!! Mine was too small to do anything. My good friend held him during the ceremony and he screamed the whole time ;). I'll never let him live it down (that and the 40-hour labor he put me through!).

Haha I was worried she would throw a fit too but got lucky!

I took my mom to lunch today for her bday and asked if she could babysit December 16 because I have a dr appointment. She asked "oh, what for?"
I looked down and started stuttering "it-it's just for a phy-physical"
She bought it but idk how. I'm such an awkward liar haha

I did a dumb thing. I was saving a digi to monitor progression as I am worried about it, and was saving it for monday to see if it said 3 +, but it was calling my name. So, I took it and it said 2-3.

Does it measure from LMP or conception?

Conception is implantation right? Or is it ovulation

Its from ovulation. So its dead on. Idk why I had to take it. Last time I had an apt for 6 weeks on a monday but had to go in on Saturday to urgent care where my blood hcg was only 58. I wanted to save this test so it would tell me next week that I was 3+ or in other words 5 plus weeks prego. I am just a tad nervous about next week as I am not sure when the numbers started falling last time. I think once I make it to 6 weeks ok I will feel a bit better.

I think conception is ovulation?

Jessica - put down the pee sticks!! It's just going to make you stress about it. Plus, 2-3 weeks is right where you should be. 8)
