Most likely she'll back track a little on potty training once the baby comes. At 2.5 Lily was fully potty trained except the occasional nighttime accident, but the Zari was born and Lily pooped in her underwear a couple times and had more pee accidents. After a few weeks she was back to being fully trained and then stopped peeing at night a month after that.
I really wish Zari would stop peeing at night, but I don't know what to do about it. I don't let her drink at night and make her pee and put a diaper on before bed. Still sometimes she pees over the diaper and onto the bed.

Yeah its hard if she can't wake herself up to go. It sounds like something she'll just need to grow out of.

I read an article the other day about constipation being the number one cause of kids having accidents after potty training and wetting the bed at night. It said usually parents don't even know because if there is a blockage, some waste can still get by so they might be pooping daily. I'll have to see if I can find it again...

I wonder if I should just wake her up to go one of the times I get up to go?

Becca, I'd love to read it if you find it. I don't think she is constipated though. She has always been a big pooper since she was born. I never changed a diaper that didn't have at least some poop, until she was several months old. Now she goes at least a big one every day. Sometimes twice.

I've been reading up a lot on potty training because the boys I watch are getting close/ getting interested in it. I can't find the exact article I read (it was actually about NOT potty training, but letting the child lead the transition from diapers to toilet- don't know if I have the patience for that lol) but here is a news article about the actual study. If you google "constipation and bed wetting" a bunch of stuff comes up.

Thanks becca, I found the part about bot restricting fluids in the evening surprising. I will try that and monitor her poop more closely and see if she needs something to help with that.

Ugh. I feel like I can't catch a break. I woke up with a sore throat today and was hoping it would go away, but it's only gotten worse. I can hardly swallow now! My tonsils look huge and drinking water hurts so bad. :(

Can I just have a few days feeling normal?!

Have you seen the movie what to expect when expecting? It's pretty perfect. It shows how some women look and feel great during pregnancy while others are completely miserable. I was miserable with my first but this one's really not as bad. 3rd trimester is going to be uncomfortable since my back is so bad though. It's a good movie to watch and realize you're not alone!

I actually watched it that weekend at the donkey farm right before my bfp. I should have figured that I'd be the unlucky one lol.

I remember last time watching it with Scot and yelling that's me! Lol I do get the moodiness though. Sometimes I get annoyed by the smallest thing and feel like a jerk but can't help it

I haven't gotten much moodiness yet, but I don't normally get moody, even around AF. So far just the crummies and a lot of feeling sorry for myself!

That's a good movie! Even Lily really likes it. Lol. I think I fall in the middle, definitely not having all the problems, but not the stepmom lady either!

I wasn't really moody until after my last pregnancy and ever since I've never been the same. My hormones rage!

Back from my appointment! My uterus measures 17 weeks since my daughter stretched me out so much haha babies heart rate is 153! The lower end of the norm (boy?) We Find out gender in 10 days via blood test!!! They test for chromosome abnormalities but can tell gender from the same test so I just have tO go in and pick up the envelope in 10 days and we'll know. Of course if I wait until the reveal party it could be Feb 22 that I find out. But I didn't schedule my ultrasound today. I'm just going back March 3rd for another check up.

Ah! So exciting!!! Did they say anything about possibly changing your due date, or just that baby was getting nice and big?
