I loved the fisher price one, but not the bulkiness! I can't wait to put my baby in it!

The size is a major issue, especially since he'll be sharing a room with his sister. I'll probably have to move the glider to the living room this time.

The only reason why we don't have the fisher price one is because the feet stuck out so much and dh fell on it, breaking it! Otherwise it really saved my life! I hope this mamaroo is that much better! I love the fact that they all can be plugged in now, not like the old one I had that had to use batteries!

Mine plugs into the wall, they must've just added that feature around the time I got it! I'll bet it'd burn through batteries!!

Mine was from 2007. Our friend had a baby and they gave it to us after she grew out of it for Lily to use in 2008. We used it for Lily and then Zari. We were buying a pack of d batteries every week!

Mine was either end of 2012 or beginning of 2013. I know she didn't have it right away. But I was definitely bummed when she grew out of it.
And for the past couple weeks she won't nap during the day at all. I wish there was a swing I could stick her in now haha

Mine used the swing since the beginning. It's really so helpful. I have always struggled with toddler naptime. Eventually at some point when they're 2, I just give up and don't make them. Unless they're being super grumpy, or fall asleep somewhere.

I guess it's normal then! There's only some days where I really wish she'd nap but she's usually being good and there's no problem if she stays up. Plus she sleeps about 12 hours a night so I think she makes up for it.

Maybe she's ready for no nap then, except for some days when she's really tired.

Ok so I just bought this too! lol. http://www.amazon.com/Chicco-Polly-Magi ... agic+lilla It goes with the travel system and the playard. I got an extra 15% off too. So grand total after tax $140 whereas babies r us has it for $189 pre tax. Now that I have all these big baby purchases, I just wish we were already moved and baby was about to be here!

That's a cute one! We're using my daughters old high chair. Luckily everything we had for her was green haha. I feel like the time is still flying by. I know 22 weeks doesn't feel that far along but we're already at the end of March!
We've gone through several hpts, ob appointments, pregnancy reveals, gender reveals, ultrasounds, body changes, feeling babies kicks, made it through first trimester, over halfway through second, and it feels to me like I was just waiting impatiently to ovulate haha.
And that was all in the slow winter months! Now we're moving into the busy months.

For me, right after we all found out gender, everything really slowed down. But now it seems to be picking up again. I'm really ready for it to be time. Well once all my shipments arrive!

I was thinking about the big day yesterday and for some reason I got super panicky. I need to mentally prepare myself more! I keep telling myself oh I have 18 more weeks but that's not necessarily true. And even so, it's going to pass quickly. I've been having Jadyn help more with cleaning up after herself and bringing me things and throwing stuff away. She does things pretty gladly so that's comforting!

I just want the baby already! Birth doesn't really scare me. Been there done that. Lol. I was thinking about going med free. But dh really isn't supportive about it. He remembers me tearing with the girls and really doesn't want me to be in pain when I don't have to be. I would have liked to try, but I don't think I can do it without him supporting me.

I had an episiotomy and I guess she did a good job because it didn't hurt. Being sewn back up kind of did but I would think labor hurts worse than the actual delivery! My epidural only worked on my belly so I felt the actual delivery. The only part that hurt was the pressure from pushing for 50 min and not being able to get her out on my own. I was so thankful when dr cut me! Have you felt being torn before or is it just something you want to avoid feeling?

My epidurals worked awesome once I got them both times! But with Lily, she came out with her elbow up and I got an episiotomy and tore awfuly. That postpartum was awful. I had a lot of pressure when I'd walk around for weeks and going to the bathroom was a nightmare. Zari's postpartum period was way easier. I just tore a little bit. I never felt the actual tearing/cutting with either, but the recovery from Lily has me a little traumatized.
