it took us 2 formulas.

we started our DD out on Similac Advance Early Shield after BF'ing didn't work out but ended up having to switch her to Similac Sensitive (lactose-free) around 3 weeks cuz she was having MAJOR tummy and diarrhea issues. it helped HUGE!

It took us 3. We started on enfamil because thats what the hospital used. She liked it for a few days but then it gave her stomach cramps and she was constipated. So we tried the gentlease and that didnt help. Finally switched to soy and shes much better.

just 1..

i was BFing in the hospital but she'd lost over 10% of her body weight so the hospital told us to supplement with enfamil premium lipil (i ended up formula feeding), and it worked out great.. of course she had gas and some constipation, but i honestly think that's just their bellies getting used to their new food.

With all of the switching, we ended up sticking with Enfamil Lipil. It seems to be the one he enjoys drinking and sleeps. So fingers crossed this is it. We have a pantry full of different formulas.....lol DH is going to kill me if I don't stop switching.
