chicco travel system stroller.....where did you get yours?

Postby kali74b » Sun Mar 01, 2009 2:32 pm

I have been to all the stores here and they all carry the one that goes up to 22lbs but not the ones that are keyfit 30s
so where did you get yours from?

I was going to get the one that goes up to 22lbs but after reading on here most of you got the 30 and say its great.

BRU carries the KeyFit 30. It's doesn't come as a travel system though. You have to buy the carseat and the stroller separately.

My MIL is buying our travel system, but the cheapest place I've found it is here http://www.healthchecksystems.com/product/index.cfm?product_id=12427. Unfortunately it's backordered like all of the time! They must get a shipment every couple of weeks, though beacause that's when the shipping date changes.

unless you are going to have a giant baby it isnt worth it to pay for it seperately.

most babies outgrow the car seat by length before weight anyway..
both the keyfit and keyfit 30 have a height max of 30 inches.

also, BRU often has coupons for 10-15% off of carseats and travel systems...so we ended up getting our travel system for $250 instead of $300 with coupons =)

I got our's at BRU, and we have the travel system that goes to 22 lbs. We just it until DD was 13 months old then switched her to the Britax Marathon. I'm not sure how big your LO is/will be, but 30 lbs is a long time to be in an infant sized car seat. My DD is only 24 lbs. and she's 17 months old. I couldn't imagine her in an infant seat at this point. Just something to keep in mind. . .

This is what we have and the infant seat was great! We're still using the stroller! :)
