I am planning on picking up the following combo today after work ...

I am wondering on average what you girls have spent on stroller/carseat combos ? This is going to cost about $650.00 - but it seems to be one of the safest out there (for Canada) .... and I like the colour because I could use it again ... even if my second is a boy....

We spent about 500 for our set. We chose the Inglesina Zippy and the Graco Car Safeseat.

If you like the Peg Perego you can find really good deals online. When I was researching strollers, I considered getting this:

I did purchase the Zippy from this site, so it is a legit deal. It is a 2007 model in which the carseat only fits an infant up to 22lbs. I think the new carseat goes to 30lbs, but for half the cost, it seems worth it if you really want the pliko p3 set.

I have this set and love it. The stroller is super light and easily collapsable with one hand. The seat is a bit heavy but I also found it to be one of the safest.

I spent about that because I really wanted the white and black polka dot from last year but I think you can get other colors cheaper on line.
