I'm not sure about cervical position Tess. When I was doing suppositories sometimes the area felt much softer than other times. My recommendation is to call the RE office and voice your concern.

The idea of showing seems so far away. I already have a belly due to being overweight so I'm going to need to be further along even with twins before I really start to show.

I hope to hear from threedogs and onmyway soon!!

I tried to ask my nurse about my low cervix and she just said " well we'll check you out tomorrow and just see how things are progressing."
Didn't really make me feel better :/

Let us know how your appt goes Tess. I'm still doing progesterone but to be honest, I'm not sure what I'm feeling up there when I such them in. I swear i know where the cervix is sometimes but then it moves, which I heard is common, but still. It's confusing. Sending you positive thoughts!

Everything is measuring perfect they said with a heartbeat of 128! One more ultrasound next week and then I'm done with my RE. I just burst into tears when I saw the heart beat!

I'm so frustrated... I placed my suppositories tonight and again I felt my cervix but this time it felt open... Like I accidentally stuck my finger in my cervix. I had talked to my nurse practitioner and she said as long as it remains closed that's fine. My finger was also slightly bloody after removing it. Ugggh!! I really wish I could stop these suppositories. I don't feel like sticking my finger up there 3x a day is helping. :/ sorry just had to complain to someone.

Try not sticking them so far up Tess. You are checking it a lot (totally understandable) but you might be irritating it. Are your nails long? My Dr said that area is so full of blood right now that if you nick it, even a little bit, you will know it by blood. Trim your nails and try your best to not put them up so far. All is good.

That's what the nurse said. Haha! I guess I've just been trying to make sure it didn't fall out. :/
If I've had any "symptom" stand out so far it would be, being extremely emotional. My husband might tell you a different story but I would say 90% of the time I'm pretty calm and don't cry that easily. But lately I get so emotional about the smallest things. Oh well...
They told me I could go ahead and make my OB appt. So my first appt is February 10th. I'm so excited to just be a normal pregnant person!

I'm on my phone so I don't remember how far along you are, but I was super emotional for awhile there. Maybe it was worse because it was the holiday season too ;-). Now I'm finding I'm super annoyed easily!!! Everyone is getting in my nerves. That and I'm still pretty tired.

Where are the other girls? Check in and let us know how it's going!

How long did you all take you progesterone? I'm taking a suppositorie 3 x a day and a shot at night. I'm so done with taking these meds. I'm only 7 wk and 4 days and my doctor said till 10 weeks but I was curious if anyone stopped them sooner than that.

I'm still taking it. Dr says I could stop at my 6 week appt and I was like ummm NO lol

So nurse and him said to just finish off the rx then I can stop. Taking them every other night, just before bed, suppository

Yay finally I can log in!! Every time I tried in the past it went to a blank white screen.

I had my OB nurse intake and we're meeting with the Dr on Friday. She used the Doppler and found both heartbeats but the second baby moved so we only heard it for a second. It's also tough with my tummy fat but she said the good news is I'll likely get an ultrasound on Friday.

I am hooked to ultrasounds. I decided not to get a ho.e Doppler because if I can't hear it I don't want to freak out.

How is everyone else doing?

Just a quick question for those of you further along. Has your nausea stopped or gotten better? I'm mostly nauseous at night... And it's starting to bum me out a little just bc it's hard to enjoy dinner like I used to.

I took Crinone until 10 weeks but continued to have nausea until 12 weeks. Even now I can barely eat dinner. I think it's more of a pregnancy thing and not related to progesterone meds.

How did your ultrasound go puppy mom? I'm glad you were able to get signed back on. Now where is our other friend!?

Tess- yes my nausea has gotten much better. I actually think mine was the worst near the end of the first trimester. I didn't have anything until about week 11. Then it was pretty bad, and not in the morning. More like started at 4pm until bedtime.

I'm officially done with progesterone now. Finally told our parents this weekend too. Getting crazy up in here!

Sorry if I over share but since not many ppl know about my pregnancy or the emotional roller coaster (with doing Ivf) I feel this is one of the only places I can go.

So today I noticed my discharge was gray (normally it's blue/green from the estrace). I immediately thought about blood and decided to gently push a tampon up there and pull it out to see if and how much stuff came out on the tampon. There was a small amount of blood tinged mucus on the tampon. I just emailed the nurse but am not sure whether to freak out or not. It's probably something I just have to wait and see but it will probably drive me insane with worry. I'm not scheduled to see my OB until 2/10...about 3 WEEKS away!!
