On the Chart UNADJUSTED!!!

Postby mom2abandkb » Sat Feb 19, 2011 7:22 pm

My baby is finally really on the percentile chart and it's all unadjusted, this are true 18 month percentiles and I'm one proud mama! She's come a long way from 14.5 inches and 2 pounds 7 ounces!

weight drum roll please: 21.2 pounds (9th percentile)

height : 32 inches (61 percentile!)

head : 46 (36th percentile) smart girl :D

Getting her feeding tube was the best decision we ever made. I must be doing something right. If she loses any fluid during the day, I always make it up so we don't have to play catch up and she winds up dehydrated since that has happened every time she has gotten sick. She is still just tolerating her infant formula of Nutramigen AA lipil. She has failed trying Pediasure and Neocate jr, so we're keeping her on her old stuff for now since she is gaining nicely. She takes a few bites of food here and there and has 4 days of therapy- 2 of speech, 1 of physical, and 1 of occupational. And she is so strong! She refuses to keep her eye patch on so that isn't going well. Eye surgeon told me not to drive myself crazy with that. She is doing great with her new pump that fits in a backpack and her balance is great when she is walking around getting a feed.

and here are recent pics:

Valentine's Day she's getting chub on her thighs and face

Just wanted to share since I'm so proud! She is 8.5 times her birth weight.

Thanks Michelle! I am very proud. But, backward again. She has been having a lot of #2 and she hasn't gained any weight. Just went back today for her last shot and she gained one ounce is over a week. I guess I'll just see what happens this weekend. At least I can make up for what she loses in that way and I don't think it's a virus because it's not getting worse. She has weird weeks like this one where she is really clingy and whiny and just off, and then last week was a great week and she was pretty happy and smiling. It makes me realize that her reflux might not be under control like we think it is. So we go back in a few weeks anyway to the GI and she sees the ENT 1st week of March. Lots of "fun" stuff coming up lol.

Your girls got so big! You should be proud : )
