I wanted to share my story in case it will help some other girls out there who went through long irregular cycles with spotting like me.
I have never had regular periods but never really took much notice of it. I went on the pill for about a year and then went off it about 2 months before I knew I wanted to start TTC.
HEY ALL!! Let me just tell you this sight helped me sooo much in my 2ww! And me and my DH just started trying this month and we got our BFP this month!! So I'm super excited. This is our first child together but I have 2 other sons from my previous relationship. It took me two years to conceive my last one and I'm so blessed that this happen so soon! I know what it's like to stalk this site to see if what your feeling is pregnancy related or the dreaded AF ARRIVING (ugh)...
Hello ladies!! I have been a stalker of this site for many months lol...I can't believe I am actually posting a story here!! We stopped using protection last August just to let things happen and last month I gave in and bought an OPK and Preseed. Last month we didn't conceive, and I just got emotionally drained from trying to nitpick every symptom I had and then coming here to see if I could find a similarity. Finally this month we got a BFP!!! :)
I'm 24, husband 28. After trying for 4 months I finally got my BFP! I found out by using opks that I had a longer cycle about 33 days, and was ovulating at different times each month , 23, 20 and 17. So my LP was only about 10 days at the start. I started taking conception help and vitamin b multis from the first month and it helped slowly giving me a more normal 28 day cycle with ovulation on 14-16. THIS MONTH....
First time round on Clomid 50mg CD2-6, ttc#1! I used OPK, ovulated on CD12, took a baby aspirin everyday starting CD1(Doc's orders), took Robitussin starting CD11 up until CD15, temp'd whenever I remembered/wasn't too busy. ;)
OMG I cannot believe it!! I am so excited. I really wanted to post here if I ever got another BFP because I know how hopeful it made me reading other people's success stories. So here is mine. It has been 10 LONG months ttc #2. It took 8 months with #1 so clearly it's not easy for us. Both times DH had a SA and both times it came back normal and I have always had regular cycles and always ovulate so it was very frustrating how long it took. This time I had an HSG test and got my BFP same month so I know that is what worked!
I have a 13 year old from a previous relationship been with current and love of my life for 4 years. Been ttc since March 2011, stalked this site every month but it also gave me tons of hope and support that I wasn't alone in this!! Really didn't think I would have any problems but that wasn't so ...
Anyway every month I swore it was my month but this month the major difference was that my boobs didn't start to hurt at all and I had NO SYMPTOMS what so ever only the lack of sore boobs.
DH and I have been TTC for 2 1/2 years. After many tests, the doc said my progesterone levels were too low to sustain a pregnancy. On day 21 of my cycle, progesterone was 5. We did our first round of 100 mg of Clomid with IUI and Vivelle patches in April. Progesterone rose to 26. BFN. In May, we tried round 2. Same meds, but kept the Vivelle patch on for 10 days. Progesterone this month was over 60. I tested at 10 DPO and got a BFN. Tested again on 12 DPO and got the faintest line on a First Response. I pulled the old one from out of the trash and saw an even fainter line...
Hey everyone! So got my bfp today (well the one that I took as an actual bfp) Bf is 31 and I'm 26. Weren't TTC but NTNP and happened to get the timing right, without knowing it!
My last period was on the 4/20 and lasted 6/7 days (normal for me) and I think my cycle is about 28/29 days long.
