Early Pregnancy Symptoms and Big Fat Positives

BFP with Irregular Cycles

Viva Mexico BFP

So this is my first time posting one of these, and I'm still in shock of the fact that I am.
First a disclaimer: I know, as a woman who had been hoping for a child previously, addicted to symptom spotting and POAS, that we look for hope in the smallest signs. All I can say, is that EVERYONE is different, and it is hard to judge if you are pregnant or not before the time comes- all you can really do is wait. Do not lie to yourself about symptoms, because that only makes it harder! If you look for symptoms, oftentimes they will come.

And a little bit about my background... I am just about to turn 20, from BC Canada. It currently living in Mexico with my 27 year old fiance. We have been together for almost a year, and have not been trying/not exactly preventing. When I was 16 & 17 I was in an abusive relationship and ended up miscarrying at 5 weeks post LMP (horrible to say but I am glad, as my life wouldn't be the same, it wasn't the time). After the miscarriage my hormone started going wonky, my periods would be from 28 to 41 days, and ended up with hyperthyroid then low progesterone, and was then put on bioidentical progesterone cream treament. That affected my mood greatly so I only stuck with it for 2 or 3 months before stopping. Also, I have iron deficient and macrocytic (folate) deficient anaemia due to allergies and food sensitivities. I thought that it would be very difficult for me to conceive but here I am now...

I'm not 100% sure on my day of ovulation but I believe that it was on cycle day 13. After the progesterone my cycles have been 27 days long. I started getting that "feeling" around 9 days post possible ovulation so I think that is when I started implantation. I didn't have any bleeding, just cramping that was like the twinges that everyone talks about.

Honestly I thought that I was going to get my period! There were a few different things that definitely made me think about being pregnant but I didn't think it would actually happen. The only thing that made me think that I was pregnant was that normally I start PMSing 8 days before my period on the dot- no matter how long my cycle is, but this cycle I started PMSing three days earlier. There wasn't much different than the usual PMS- my boobs started to swell and get heavy I was incredibly ravenously hungry, bloated and I was just having mood swings. The only differences were that I was incredibly horny- like crazy and my CM was super thick and snotty or abundantly yellow/white cream. I was also sick for about a week around implantation time. Oddly enough my PMS like symptoms stopped 2 days before my expected period, and that's when I knew something was up. I got a negative HPT on cycle days 24 and 26. On the 27th I started getting nauseaus, my favorite cheese smelt and tasted moldy (was fresh- Mexican cheese is the best), normally crazy for seafood but I couldn't stand the thought of it, plus I could live off of orange juice- it's all I crave. Yesterday, CD28 (approx. 14 DPO), I woke up and peed 2 times between 2 and 7 am and thought nothing of it. My fiance went and brought me HPTs because there was NO sign of af- large amounts of creamy white CM in its place. I told myself I was going to wait but I had a feeling I needed to POAS- so I did!! At 2 pm I got an instant dark positive, and didn't believe it. Waited a few more hours and it still was hard to absorb so I took another test (1 pee later and 2 L of OJ) which resulted in a faint positive.

Something to note, as I realize this gets a lot of women- a MAJORITY of women don't test positive until after their missed period or 14 DPO.. it's normal and if you test positive previously you're a lucky odd duck.

I hope this post brings solace to those that need it in their 2WW, but hold out and don't get discouraged by false tests and symptoms, but also don't give in to false hope- the fall is a lot harder that way :(

6-8: nothing major
9dpo: mild nausea, cold sore in nose (wtf?) dreamt of positive test, tiny bit of spotting and brown discharge
10dpo: period starting
12dpo: three BFPs. What. The. F.
13dpo: dr visit. Blood work done. Hcg 125
14dpo: still spotting. Stopped at night.
15dpo: second blood test. Frer still strong positive. HCG comes back at 205. Not doubling but still within the normal range of 48-72 hours.

Currently waiting for another blood test tomorrow (17dpo) and hoping it starts to rise faster. I will update this thread when I know more.

BFP with wacky LONG cycles !!!

I'm so excited to be posting with a BFP story. This website has helped me through many a long two week waits, so hopefully I can give someone else hope!
My cycles have always been crazy irregular, no PCOS, no hormone imbalance, just irregular! I'm talking 30-100+ days! I started charting my temperature to try to help us conceive a few months ago after no success for months.
Here is my TWW!
CD 59- Started taking Fertility Blend, thinking well if nothing else maybe I'll get a period and we can try again fresh.
CD 65- 97.7 EWCM. Sex.
CD 66- 97.7 Ovulation day. Ewcm/creamy.
1 DPO- 97.9, creamy, temp shift, I O'd for sure! Yay! Couple cramps. Sex.
2 DPO- 98.1, creamy.
3 DPO- 98.2, creamy. EMOTIONAL!
4 DPO- 98.1, creamy.
5 DPO- 98.3, creamy.
6 DPO- 98.5, lots of creamy cm, off/on breast tenderness.
7 DPO- 98.5, creamy/EWCM(lots)! Definitely tender breasts, snarky/ emotional, off/on dull achey/ twingy Right side uterus... implantation?
8 DPO- 97.9 temp dip. Creamy, still twingy R side. Sore breasts.
9 DPO- 98.2, creamy, sore breasts, light headed/dizzy, emotional!! Cried during sex!
10 DPO- 98.5, creamy/ewcm. Upset tummy/gassy!! Have the poops. Sore breasts.
11 DPO- 98.6, lots of creamy, feeling hot/flashes. Sore breasts.
12 DPO- 98.5, wake up early to take a FRER test, see negative line immediately and walk out of bathroom disheartened to go make coffee. Come back to brush teeth and there it is! A FAINT POSITIVE! Ecstatic! Cry! Gag on toothbrush, have the poops, sore breasts.
13 DPO- 98.5, creamy, another faint positive!!! Slightly darker that yesterday! Headache/ nausea all day, Sore breasts.
14 DPO- 98.5, BFP on CD 80!!! A solid pink line! Bit of nausea, sore breasts/ nipples HURT, craving a hot dog with the works like you wouldn't believe!
15 DPO- 98.5, sore breasts/nipples, sex, napping all day, lots of gas, so so so happy!

I hope this give some ladies with long wacky cycles hope! Charting my temperature really helped me! And I don't know if it was coincidence or not but if Fertility Blend helped me ovulate after just a week of taking it then I recommend it!

Hypothyroidism, irr cycles & PCOS - 1st BFP ever on 1st Letrozole cycle!!!!!

Hello ladies,

Here is my BABY DANCE STORY:

I am almost 35 years old and was diagnosed with hypothyroidism when I was 26. I was on BC from 15 to 33 years of age. As a teenager, I thought I had 14 day cycles, bleeding 1 week out of 2. My 32 year old BF and I have been TTC for a year now. After going off BC, my cycles were long, then I would bleed for a week, then off a week, then bleed for another week... Confusing and discouraging!!! After seeing a fertility doctor who ran tests on both of us, I have an obvious case of PCOS. I am athletic, thin and have always been very active. I actually had 45-90 day cycles, sometimes ovulating, sometimes bleeding instead of ovulating around CD14 until CD21... Then nothing for weeks!!! Luckily, BF has a very good sperm count. I have a good ovarian reserve and no hormonal abnormalities other than my thyroid that has been stable with 50mg of Synthroid daily since my diagnosis 9 years ago. My BF and I are little bunny rabbits so I asked my doctor if we should BD less often, like every 2 days... His reply was, "As often as you want!!" Lol!! Maybe knowing my BFs sperm count was promising, those were the doctor's orders!! So he sent me off with Provera to induce a period after a 35 day cycle and Letrozole 5mg for CDs 3-7 of my cycle...

BAM!!!!! BFP 1st cycle!!!!! :) :) :) :) :)

CD3-CD7: Letrozole
CD14-CD21: No ovulation. I was sure it wasn't going to work this 1st cycle. However, I didn't bleed as I often do when I don't ovulate so I forget about the entire thing, wanting to live in the moment as we take off on vacation.
CD23: SURPRISE: OVULATION!!! I haven't ovulated 10 times in my entire life so ovulation is definitely noticeable for me because it is very painful. I know I ovulated from my left ovary.
4DPO: Fatigue, sore breasts, little constipation over the next few days. These are normal luteal phase symptoms for me. Again, I haven't had many luteal phases so I notice the symptoms easily.
8DPO: Sharp stabbing, like one mediocre stab followed by 2 other small stabs on the left side of my abdomen, same place those 3 times, under 5 minutes total duration.
9DPO: I'm sure I won't get pregnant this 1st round but I have a doctor's appointment to renew my thyroid meds so just to be sure I'm not pregnant, I take an HPT with FRER using FMU: BFN.
10DPO: Still tired, sore breasts and occasional constipation but it's all still normal at this stage. However, I wake up with a mild headache at the back of my head, top of the neck, a lot like the very 1st time I ovulated after using BC for 18 years. The headache is mild as it comes and goes throughout the day. Midday, I get dizzy while shopping. This is not usual for me but I hate shopping so I figure I'm just very exhausted.
11DPO: I have AF like cramps. I get AF cramps about 24-36 hours before it starts, so this is about 2-3 days too soon. As the day progresses, these cramps are always there, consistent in mildness but I realize they're not exactly like AF. They're rounder, less aggressive and are constant. AF cramps for me feel tight, they vary in intensity as they come and go. These cramps have been here all day and instead of feeling tight, they feel wide. It's difficult to describe, sorry.
12DPO: We plan on going to the spa today, one of our last days on vacation. Once again, as a precaution, I take an HPT with FRER using FMU. I'm sure it's going to be negative because I can't be lucky enough to get a BFP on my 1st cycle on Letrozole... I'm a "dipper", not big on POAS. As I'm dipping, I'm telling myself, "Just be happy the meds got you ovulating. Be patient, this BFN is part of the process. You'll have a great time at the spa today..." *****BFP***** OMG!!! It's POSITIVE!!! IT'S POSITIVE!!! It's faint, but definitely there!!! I can't believe it!!! I've never seen one in my hand!!! THIS IS IT!!!!! Later that day, I feel dizzy again midday. I end up taking a nap in the afternoon, just too tired.

BABY DUST to all and especially, DON'T EXPECT A BFP.... Have fun!!! Try to see this as a BABY DANCE, not a BABY JOURNEY.

Low ovarian reserve, 5 failed ivf cycles aged 39 - BFP success with DHEA and ubiquinol

Posting this to give hope to others with a low ovarian reserve, hoping to get pregnant. It was here i discovered the possibilities of combining DHEA and ubiquinol after 5 failed ivf cycles.

A year after i had my son (a natural conception) i was diagnosed as having a very low ovarian reserve at 38. I had the egg count of a 45 year old and my mother had gone through menapause at 43. I needed some help getting pregnant again.

I started short cycles of ivf. First cycle was cancelled as i just grew one big folly. Gutting. 2nd cycle was filled with hope, 4 eggs retrieved and 2 beautiful blastocysts. I lost them both at 10 weeks and 8 weeks. It was as if they just ran out of energy and stopped growing. Even more gutting was that the 2nd blastocyst was tested for genetic issues and we'd been told it was a 95% perfect egg. This one didnt even grow into a fetal pole.

2 more cycles came and went one cancelled again and another we couldnt even start as my hormones never baselined. Then someone told me about improving egg quality through various ways. One was to take hormone supplements. My doctor suggested we try DHEA - 25 mg 3 xdaily. I did some more research and found a post here by a lady who got pregnant naturally at 43 with all sorts of homonal issues and swore by a combination of DHEA and ubiquinol. So i started taking ubiquinol too - 600mg first in the gel capsule form and then in liquid form as i was told you absorb more through the membranes of your mouth with the liquid spray than when you ingest it. I also gave up alcohol nearly altogether even tho id been told a glass every other day would be ok, as i read that any more than 4 units of alcohol a week reduces your chances of conception and implantation. Really hard for me as i love booze and it helped a lot with the stress of it all.

Id been told that to see the results we'd need to wait 3 months for the DHEA to take effect. Of course i went head anyway with another cycle as by now i was 39 and was desperate. Plus the ivf clinics reckon its just a numbers game. They retrieved 6 eggs and we got 1 blastocyst using the long ivf cycle. Not nearly as good quality as the first 2 that i lost. It didnt even implant. Totally gutted.

The 7th cycle was my last go as far as i was concerned IVF had impacted my life in everyway possible - from how i felt about my body to my relationshio with my partner and son, as well as stalling my career and quite frankly i was depressed and over it. By now i was 4 months into DHEA and ubiquinol, i had experienced heart flutters early on but it passed as my body got used to it all, by the 3rd month i realised i had much darker thicker facial hair and on my feet! But that nothing a few creams didnt sort out.

They collected 4 eggs and we got 2 blastocysts - and in their opinion not as good quality as the 2 id lost. So we just went ahead with a fresh transfer and froze the other one. I wasnt hopeful. Well blow me down BFP result, stong growth and heart beat at 7 weeks, another at 10 weeks and a beautiful scan at 12 weeks showing everything was healthy and normal. Im now 25 weeks pregnant today, its a girl and we feel truely blessed.

Im convinced it was the DHEA and ubiquinol combo and opting out of alcohol.

And by the way as soon as i stopped taking DHEA and ubiquinol all the dark thick hair fell out and im back to normal.

Good luck to you all. This worked for me, i hope it does for anyone out there in a similar position. Im not a doctor so please dont take this advice as professional. Just sharing my story in the hope of giving hope to others.

BFP 9DPO with PCOS and Femara after 19 Months!!

BFP @ 9dpo on 2nd Cycle of Femara with Donor and At Home IUI!

Previous cycle with Femara was BFN. Progesterone was 22.9

Took Femara 5mg CD2-6
Ovulated on CD12.
ICI at home 3 days before, and day of positive OPK. Laid down for an hour, orgasm each time.

1-6DPO -- Nothing, felt completely fine!
7DPO -- Cramps/bloated like AF.
8DPO -- Cramps/bloated like AF. Tested with squinters on 2 FRERs. Feeling really wet down there.
9DPO -- Cramps/bloated like AF. Boobs are huge. Feeling really wet still. Faint BFP on Walmart First Signal with PM urine (which seems to be better for me).
10DPO -- Same as days before. Another clear, but faint BFP.

After trying for 19 months!!!

BFP on 3rd cycle

This is our third cycle ttc after having a chemical pregnancy two cycles ago. My cycles are all over the map but due to ewcm on Thursday 20th we bd that day along with two days before and one day after.

1-3dpo-nothing
4dpo- I noticed I had ewcm all day again! I panicked that this was actually ovulation and my husband was out of town so I figured we might be out this month.
5-7dpo-nothing.
8dpo- yellowish cm when wiping once
9dpo- bloated tested with store brand test and saw a hint of a blue line but I've seen these blue lines in previous cycles and it wound up being negative so I threw it out.
10dpo- felt like I was sucked of all energy. I was so exhausted and went to bed at 8pm
11dpo- tested with fmu clear blue digital bfn. Felt run down, bloated, nipples on fire and felt like I was pregnant due to tightness and mild cramps in my uterus so at 9pm tested frer and saw a faint faint pink line! I have never seen a second line on these tests before so I knew I wasn't imagining things.
12dpo - ran out early morning and bought more frer and tested with fmu and faint positive! Today I felt like I had the flu. Cold, achy, cramping and major bowel issues. I couldn't leave the toilet all day! Boobs were pulsing and by 9pm my boobs, cramping were keeping me awake. Woke up at midnight sweating and took another test and still faint positive.
13dpo- fun positive yes+ with frer digital! Period is due tomorrow!

I didn't notice any change in cm or sensitivity to smell. On 12dpo my cup of coffee made me so jittery I was shaky! I'm usually a 6cup a day girl so for one cup to do that made me very suspicious!!

Things I did different this month...I didn't obsess over every little symptom, I left it with God and knew that in his timing he would bless us with a child.
I was on this website many times the past three months and it's really different with every person and every body so don't compare and think your out just bc your symptoms don't line up with someone else's. With my first two pregnancies I had spotting ALOT before my bfp so much so I thought I had my period bc it would last two or three days...this time nothing!
May God bless everyone who reads this and may he answer your prayer in his perfect timing.

33 yr 1st time mom after 1 miscarriage & abortion & 2 serious surgeries, No symptoms at all!

Hello All ,

I don't know where to start. I have been crazily reading all sorts of blogs during my 2 week wait. so, I know how much it helps during "this" time.

For starters, I'm 33 year old and so is my husband. We conceived 5 years back but were not ready for a baby and so we carried out an abortion. Unfortunately the pill did not work properly and I had to undergo a surgery and it was very traumatic for both of us.

Feb 2016, I had a false positive using HPT (Home pregnany test), and after blood test , which came as negative, my periods also started. We weren't trying but not avoiding always.

We have been trying since Jan '17 and somehow we thought that it would be immediately pregnant considering how easy it was the 1st time. I started taking Vit D and Folic acid tablets. When after 3 months nothing seemed to work I started going out of my mind and feeling extremely guilty for having an abortion done. I cried myself to sleep many nights and it preyed on my mind most days. To top it off my gynaec (on visiting her in April) diagnosed secondary sterility and referred me to IVF doctors (part of the same clinic)!!

After googling like crazy I decided to change the doctor and not go ahead with her suggestion simply because it was nonsense! We had tried only 3 months not 1 yr!

Anyways, my usually 28-29 day cycle started getting erratic from Feb onward, 30days, 33days, 27 days, 30 days and my period length shortened considerably to just 2 days with some spotting on 3rd day.

I decided to consult another gynecologist due to my shortening period length, I was scared of menopause starting realllly early for me. Trust me I thought the worst for all things possible. I was stressed all the time , weepy, unhappy.

Nyhoo in May '17 ,the doctor conducted an ultrasound and as always she said all was OK, uterus & Fallopian tubes look good n clear, follicles developing well and plenty of eggs for many years. She conducted blood tests n pap smear also and then suggested me and my husband to take an antibiotic Doxycycline for 14 days as ureaplasm was found in my pap smear. I read later that ureaplasm may cause infertility in women and has no outward symptoms at all!

And now 2nd month I got pregnant! I can't still believe, I guess I won't till I meet my doctor 10 days later. :)

cd 6 , 10, 12, 14, 15, 17 : BD (babydance) :)
cd 20 : drank 2 glass wine & scared
cd 21 : light cm (cervical mucus)

cd 24 : insomnia (really odd coz i can sleep anytime anywhere), slight constipation (very unlike me) , light cm
cd 25 : light cramps, cm. Hungry, anxious, craving salty food
cd 26 : little yellow cm
cd 27 : no cm, slight pain in overall tummy
cd 28 : metallic taste , very little white cm, headache
cd 29 : little white cm, backache, headache, tired to bones, irritable & moody
cd 30 : insomnia (slept for 3 hours), heartburn, bloated tummy, light cramps in overall tummy, unbalanced, tired, slight constipation
cd 31 : hot at night insomnia again but slept well in afternoon, heightened sense of smell, light body-ache, slight constipation. BUt just felt calm somehow, like I knew.
cd 32 : Took HPT , came +ve just as I dreamed tonight. My blood test came +ve too. :)

So you know there is hope for all of us. Things work in funny manner up in the heaven.

What did I do differently :
1. Got blood tests and pap smear done to find any lurking hidden issues.
2. Prayed to God silently every night (my husband is atheist and I am nonpracticing )
3. Drank little alcohol but did not abstain completely
4. Dissipated stress, did breathing exercises incessantly

All the best to all of you. Keep trying , au naturale works. Just try very hard to give yourself hope every time there is a setback.

BFP First Pregnancy!!!

This forum for BFP stories helped me get through our tough time and I knew I would share our good news when it happened. I am 31 and DH is 33.

I came off birth control in Dec 2015. We weren't trying to conceive at the time but we were hoping it would happen by chance. In Aug 2016, we moved places for easier commute to our jobs and to be closer to our families. I had always told DH that I wanted to live close to my parents when we started our family.
Unfortunately it wasn't the easy process we had hoped for. At the end of Aug 2016, we started to actively ttc. I started using ovulation tests to track ovulation and after 2 months of tracking, I noticed that my luteal phase was only 10-11 days. My luteal phase defect was likely due to excessive estrogen since I had used Evra patch for birth control. To help correct my luteal phase, I used DIM supplement for 4 months in addition to taking prenatal vitamins, B6 and coenzyme q10 and DH took multivitamin, zine and coenzyme q10.
By Dec 2016, my luteal phase was consistently 13-14 days but since we still were not successful, I started tracking my temperature and confirmed that I was ovulating every month and although my luteal phase was consistent, my cycles were varying from 29-36 days. We also started to use Pre-seed each time we BD at ovulation.
By April 2017, we decided we wanted to see a specialist as we had been off birth control for over a year and still no luck. We got an appointment for early June 2017 and the doctor told me I likely had mild PCOS since my cycles were not regular and started me on cycle monitoring and did a sperm check for DH. He also told us not to use Pre-seed and to spend more time on foreplay instead.
Through cycle monitoring, we found out that all was well (tubes, egg development, uterus) and my DH's sperm was normal in number and motility. We were relieved but the cycle that was being monitored was was very long. Through the monitoring, we were told to BD CD 22-25 (I also found that I had strong positive ovulation tests and +++ewcm). At CD 28, I had bloodwork done and was told my progesterone was 47.3 (anything over 30 is good). At CD 35, I had bloodwork to test me for pregnancy and they called me to come in because my hcg level was 17 (anything over 5 is positive)!

DPO 1-DPO 5: no symptoms except for temperature rise
DPO 6: pink spotting, sharp shooting breast pain
DPO 7: very sore nipples and sharp shooting breast pain
DPO 8-10: very sore nipples
DPO 11: sore nipples; hcg level 17 and I tested with easy@home hcg test for faint positive and FRER clear +ve
DPO 12-13: slightly darker +ve on hcg test and clearblue digital +ve test with 1-2 weeks indicator (since conception)
DPO 14/day of missed period: brown spotting and darker +ve on hcg test

We are so excited for the months ahead! Babydust to all! Have Faith!

BFP after 4yrs TTC, PCOS & 3 cycles Clomid!

I'm in total shock! It's still early days but I'm celebrating each day as it is. I've had one chemical pregnancy before in 2010, and I wouldn't have known if I didn't test early. I've tested early again because I had a feeling. I'm crossing my fingers for a sticky little one!

I haven't ovulated for over four years. We've been trying to conceive for four years with no luck whatsoever.
I started seeing a fertility specialist at the start of the year. I've had two cycles of 50mg Clomid, and no ovulation.
I'm on my third cycle of Clomid, first cycle of 100mg. I ovulated! I had a blood test two days ago. It showed a progesterone level of 26, which my doctor says is fine.
I was excited about ovulating, so despite being only 8dpo yesterday.. I tested with cheapies and got a super faint line. I wasn't sure it was real cause it had no colour and was barely there.
This morning I took a First Response test and got a faint pink line!?!?!
Here is my info that I gathered using the Glow app:

CD16 - I got my first ever Peak symbol on the Clear Blue Dual Hormone Fertlity monitor.
CD17 - OVULATION DAY! Mild headache, indigestion, nausea and pelvic pain. Moderate cramps and backache. Severe constipation.
CD18/1dpo - Mild backache, headache, sore boobs and pelvic pain. Moderate cramps.
CD19/2dpo - Mild backache. Moderate sore boobs and cramps.
CD20/3dpo - Mild insomnia. Moderate sore boobs, bloating, fatigue, and pelvic pain. Severe hot flashes, backache, appetite and cramps.
CD21/4dpo - Mild insomnia. Moderate sore boobs, constipation, bloating and pelvic pain. Severe hot flashes, headache, backache and cramps. I went to hospital on this day because I was in so much backache and cramping pain that I thought I had developed OHSS! I hadn't. An ultrasound showed a corpus luteum! (The leftovers from the ovulated egg, which supplies progesterone to the embryo until the placenta takes over. So, good sign!)
CD22/5dpo - Mild nausea and insomnia. Moderate feeling sick (I had lots of mouth ulcers due to lowered immune system which happens at ovulation and/or early pregnancy), indigestion, fatigue and sore boobs. Severe cramps, constipation, backache, bloating, headache, hot flashes and pelvic pain.
CD23/6dpo - Mild cramps and hot flashes. Moderate headache, bloating and backache. Severe sore boobs and constipation.
CD24/7dpo - Mild pelvic pain, hot flashes, backache, appetite and constipation. Moderate headache. Severe cramps.
CD25/8dpo - Mild pelvic pain, insomnia, headache and constipation. Moderate cramps, appetite and hot flashes. Severe sore boobs.
CD26/9dpo - Mild cramps, bloating, fatigue, headache and pelvic pain. Moderate backache. Severe sore boobs.

I'm hoping for a very sticky baby and a healthy and happy nine months of pregnancy. Please God, give us this blessing.

Notes:
I used Preseed every time we babydanced.
I took Metformin 500mg three times a day, Clomid 100mg from cycle days 2-6, CoQ10, Pre-conception Vitamins, Probiotic, double folic acid dose (800mg), vitamin C and Zinc, and 400mg Myoinositol twice a day.
I kept my feet warm all the time. (Apparently keeps uterus warm)
I did femoral artery massage, which is what I think helped a lot! Youtube it!
I drank Pomegranate juice around ovulation and for a few days after.
I tried to eat and drink mostly warm food stuffs. Never anything freezing cold. (Apparently keeps uterus warm)
I inserted my menstrual cup/Moon Cup after sex with hubby, to keep sperm in. Similar to soft cups, but cheaper and reusable.
I lay with my legs up the wall and a pillow under my butt.
