BFP with No Symptoms

Surprise Pregnancy BFP with Flu

I posted on here years ago after my BFP with my son who just turned 2. I had him after my 21 week loss so he was very much wanted and planned. Fast forward to life now. I left my stable job of 8 years to get some experience in the field I got my masters in and bam I get pregnant the second month there. I am not on BC but I have a very predictable cycle and use opks along with other signs. It worked for me for years until I started my new job and my cycle changed. I ovulated a week early and BD two days before a positive opk. I still thought I didn't have a chance because I had done that a few times (please don't judge my thinking at the time) despite knowing the science. So I was a little on edge waiting but I was pretty confident that I wasn't. I didn't have any signs that I recorded with my sign so I definitely thought I wasn't. I had been sick off and on with colds and sinus infections since January so I can't speak for anything related to that. I'll try my best to note anything slightly remarkable below. O: I had cramps and bloating 1-5 DPO: I symptom watched because I was on edge but nothing that I can recall 6: went to zoo with family and got nauseous in car while eating a tuna sandwich and once again when there after eating too much, had to vomit water, I had vertical sleeve so I can't eat much, so this is common among us, but still uncommon for me, craved icees 7-8dpo: my sinus infection or cold got worse and my mucus had a nasty metallic taste, also had more CM and it was thick, sticky and yellow/greenish, acne around chin 9-10 dpo: headache, fatigue, lower back pain, so bad I had to go to urgent care, tested positive for h1n1 flu and faintly for hcg My boobs hurt right after O and had mild AF cramps throughout but not that deep cramp from my last pregnancy or uterus twinges. I took antivirals and feel better. This pregnancy was unplanned and is very scary because of the things I'm exposed to at work but it's still very wanted and loved.

BFP 13dpo

I've been reading all of these stories since we started trying 4 months ago. I was on cerezelle before ttc. Coming off that gave me lots of pregnancy related symptoms each month. This month was the total opposite, no headaches, spotting, aches, constipation. 2dpo Slight carpal tunnel symptoms in right wrist and fingers. Also I could see the artery pumping in my wrist for about 20 mins 6dpo-11dpo loose stools, previous months had been the opposite 11dpo BFN on tesco own brand 12dpo snot like CM 12dpo Drove to the corner shop to get sweets, craving sugar but then AF was due in 3 days. Morning of 13dpo woke again with carpal tunnel in the left hand this time and a sore throat. I had one tesco HPT that is to be used on the day of the missed period but I decided to use it anyway. BFP with morning urine. Boobs are not sore at all but have increased in size. I feel better than I do before AF is due, so no symptoms was a sign for me. Basal temp only went at high as 36.7 but dipped around 11dpo to 36.1 for one day and back up again.

1st clomid cycle 11 dpo BFP!

Me and the hubby have been together for 9 years this year and have been trying to conceive off and on for about 4 years with no success. We literally tried everything you could think of or read of online... I decided to go see an infertility specialist in January of this year and we did a bunch of testing from blood work to HSG, everything came back normal. My doctor was talking about doing an IUI for my first cycle with them but it wouldn't be until march that we would do that due to the time it would take to do the testing. I asked if I could try clomid this first cycle and it worked! 50 mg days 3-7, I ovulated 4 days after my HSG test which may have helped! I got my positive ovulation test on CD 16, we inserted the swimmers using a softcup CD 14,15 and 16... sounds crazy but after so long of trying sometimes your just tired... which I was lol. Anyways he would go in the cup and I would insert and leave in for about 30 minutes on CD 14,15 however on CD 16 he has a little bit more volume so I decided to put some I. A syringe and slower release it in me then put the remaining that was in the softcup inside of me. I honestly had no real symptoms that were different from every other month, I felt dull pains on 6 dpo that I thought might just be in my head because I was symptom spotting, I was tired but just thought it was from work and eating bad, nipples were sore starting 8dpo but this always happens after o until af. 9 dpo I felt nauseous at night but attributed it to me eating 3 ice creams (whoops!) then 11 dpo I decided to test using target brand blue dye with second day urine at 12pm and got a very faint line which you can see in the picture... I still wasn't convinced so I bought cvs brand digital with now 3rd day urine that I basically pushed out 30 minutes after the 1st test and it came up pregnant! I'm shocked!! Going to blood work tomorrow wish me luck! Good luck ladies!!

*~BFP on 11dpo with Wondfo, symptoms match up with AF exactly ~*

Hello everyone~ I've been TTC for 11 months. Next month we would have been going in for fertility tests if we didn't conceive this month. Surprisingly, although I've tracked symptoms this last month more than any month before, this was the most normal and symptom-free month. I was pretty confident that I was out this month and I was fine with that. The *only* differences were that I got headrush several times after Ovulation. Also, I did feel more exhausted 5dpo - 9dpo than usual, but I was away from home for a week with coworkers, and I blamed the exhaustion on working for long amounts of time and being around so many people for so long. Other months I've sworn 50 times I was pregnant when I wasn't, had the most pregnant symptoms ever and even convinced myself I was pregnant even after getting AF. It was all worse because my cycles are wildly irregular, and I felt like every month I was getting a new "pregnancy" symptom that I hadn't had before. The only change this month in TTC was that I was using Wondfo OPKs to pinpoint Ovulation. I've previously tracked my CM, which also has helped. I also had a bunch of cheap Wondfo HPTs that I got with the OPKs. If it weren't for those cheap Wondfos, I probably would have still not known that I was pregnant (bc I don't like to spend money on expensive drug store HPTs especially if I think I'm out). Here are symptoms by day: CD17: creamy CM, dry rubbery CM at night, <1 min of aching on the r. side of my chest, Wondfo OPK: negative CD 18: OPK positive, ewcm, BD! CD19 (Ovulation Day): OPK still positive, ewcm, acid reflux, headrush, really high sex drive (this is why I think it was O day), BD! 1DPO: OPK still positive, woke up often at night, ewcm, BD! 2DPO: OPK negative, not much cm 3DPO: not much creamy cm 4DPO: not much cm throughout the day, but had one moment of a LOT of cm at once 5DPO: started off with high energy, end of day EXHAUSTED! small amount of creamy cm and headrush 6DPO: high energy, little bit of creamy cm 7DPO: dry cm except for a LOT of creamy cm at one moment, headrush, extremely exhausted (I blamed this on being on a work retreat for the last week--I'm usually not around so many people 24/7 for an entire week), did not want to be intimate bc tired 8DPO: dry cm except for a LOT of creamy cm at one moment, EXHAUSTED, cried (with happiness) when S-I-L told me she's preggo. Lol, I had no idea that I was too :P 9DPO: small amount of creamy cm, exhausted, took my first hpt and had BFN. wasn't expecting anything this cycle bc I felt very normal. 10DPO: feeling PMS-y, warned my DH that AF is coming, tender breasts (this is all normal for AF), bfn 11DPO: that morning, I had a dream that I got two very dark BFPs. I tested in the morning with Wondfo and had two faint positives, but I started distrusting Wondfo's, but was obsessing and researching it all day. no cm at all, totally normal to dry up before AF. high energy, breasts were aching. The only difference with breast achiness is that sometimes they were getting this poky feeling from the inside in an for a couple seconds, maybe 1-2 times a day. The areas of the pokiness changed every time. Nipples totally didn't hurt and still don't. 12DPO: Got BFP on Clearblue and FRER, and on two Wondfos!!! I would have never believed it if I didn't have the cheap tests to begin with, because I still feel so normal. Started getting AF like cramps. Told my DH and both in disbelief. 13DPO (today): AF like cramps. They are on and off throughout the day, just like before AF. It sometimes comes on when stretching awkwardly, just like with AF. So there's no difference. Still getting the occasional breast pokiness in certain areas. Besides that, no other symptoms at all. No food aversions, no smell sensitivities, no nipple darkening, no itchiness, no burpiness/gassiness, no irritability... it's hard to believe that I have someone in there!

First attempt at IVF/ICSI - BFP

BACKGROUND: I froze 21 oocytes at the age of 35/36 and had them fertilised almost 4 years later at age 39.5 with a guy who had low motility/low morphology/low count and therefore required ICSI. The thaw rate of unfertilised eggs is pretty terrible so it was an extremely stressful few weeks. We decided to use half for the first IVF to see how things went. So out of 10, only 5 thawed and fertilised properly, by the next morning, we only had 3 embryos left, by day 3, two of those embryos weren't looking good but 1 looked really good. I went and sat in church a few times to pray for a good outcome and try to destress in there. By day 5, I had one A grade embryo! It was incredibly depressing and stressful and I was so worried that this one shot would not take. SYMPTOMS: Embryo transfer day, Acupuncture at 8:15am and transfer at 10:00am - the Dr told me the embryo was an A grade embryo and would implant within the next 24 hours. Acupuncture again at 11:00am. I felt so happy that I had at least one good one and one good shot. I had cramps during the day likely from the prodding of the procedure itself. At 3:00am that night, I felt a fast sharp pin prick stab on my left side. I thought to myself, "Surely it's too early for implantation signs?!" But he did say it would start to happen within 24 hours! I assumed this is when the embryo first latched onto the uterus lining. DPT and DPO 1dp5dt - 7dpo - morning cramps from procedure or embryo action? Stressed out and depressed as I was taking antibiotics for Ureaplasma at the same time. Slight pressure on the left side ovary area where I felt that sharp stab. Mild cramps after shower - progesterone or embryo related? Bloated. A little itchy around the left ovary area. 2dp5dt - 8dpo - lots of symptoms today. Felt pressure on left ovary or lower left side somewhere towards the surface. Slight sting in left side /ovary area after lunch. No ovary pressure in the evening but it did look more swollen and felt slightly tender in the left lower side. Pressure returned briefly after a shower. Feeling pressure and not at all comfortable when trying to sleep. I had to lie on the right side to try and get some sleep. Slight uterine cramps at 2:20am, uterus feels bloated and full when lying down. Slight lower back ache, pressure, feels uncomfortable all night. Shooting pain in left ovary at 3:40am. 3dp5dt - 9dpo- I read that implantation into the uterine lining wall usually complete by day 9dpo which is today. Brief bloating feeling after progesterone pessary. Otherwise absolutely no symptoms all day, feeling depressed. 4dp5dt - 10dpo - No symptoms except for a short light twinge on left ovary area and slight itch briefly on left ovary area. Went to church to pray. Acupuncture at 5:45pm (it is recommended this done 5 days post transfer). Bloated - So bloated that my leggings are way too tight and unbearable to wear. Breasts have been tender all week, however I think it's due to the progesterone pessary. 5dp5dt - 11dpo - FAINT POSITIVE!!!!!!!!! NO SYMPTOMS. By this point, I really haven't felt anything significant since the 2nd day after transfer. 6dp5dt - 12dpo - No symptoms. HPT is darker. 7dp5dt - 12dpo - afternoon, brief and slight pressure/throbbing sensation in the left ovary area again. HPT is darker. 8dp5dt - 13dpo - super slight pressure, throbbing sensation on and off all day, mild sting left side. I read that the placenta is now also producing HCG so maybe this is what I am feeling. HPT is darker. Praying that this sticks. Beta testing is 2 days away - fingers crossed all goes well :)

VERY faint positive 9 dpo and 1st cycle ttc our second!

Posting this here in hopes my tracking can help someone else! Little background on me. I am 32 and DH is 37. We had a blighted ovum leading to a DNC in April 2012 which I believe was caused by getting pregnant my first cycle off of the BCP. Suffered fertility concerns (long, irregular cycles. possible PCOS but never confirmed) until finally getting pregnant in June 2013. My daughter was born March 2014. Since having my daughter my health has become a priority. I have a 99% gluten free diet, workout 20-30 minutes nearly everyday and do my best to cook and eat whole, natural foods at home. I do not eat any fast food and very little, if at all, processed food. When my husband and I decided we wanted to go for number two in January 2017, we were already using natural family planning for preventing pregnancy (no BD during ovulation/fertility window). This cycle here was our very first trying to conceive. Since I was already monitoring my cycle signs very closely to prevent pregnancy, getting the timing right for ovulation seemed to work easily for us. We only needed to BD once :) I used OPKs in the past for prevention but did not use them this cycle. Did not temp but used CM & CP to know when to BD (I check both only once in the morning), as well as the GLOW app to track symptoms. My cycles are on the longer side but consistant now. Also some TMI with bowel movements below! 01/21/17 CD 16: Second day of EWCM for me. I usually have it for 4 days. Let Hubby know its time. We BD once that day at 1p. 01/22/17 CD 17: O Day! Like normal I feel O Pain on the left side. Lots of EWCM today. I wanted to BD but Hubby had an unusually long day and was too tired. Whole pelvis is achy and cervix is high and open. 1 DPO - EWCM present but much less. Signs of ovulation are weaker than yesterday. Pelvis not as sore. Worried that maybe I was going to O today and we may have missed the egg (Hubby's sperm only seem to live 72 hours). Husband is out of town so no BD today. Cervix is still high. 2 DPO - CM turns sticky and high cervix. Nothing different than normal after O symptoms. 3 DPO - 7 DPO - Creamy CM and high cervix. Usually around 4 DPO my creamy turns to nothing, this time it kept going. Diarrhea and acne appear around 5 DPO. Acne is common but not this early. I have had loose bowels from digestive issues before but this feels like a purging. I eat and everything comes out. 7 DPO experience slight decrease in creamy CM and a shift to scant EWCM. 8 DPO - Literally the first hours of 8 DPO. At 1:30a I was jolted awake from a deep sleep. I have had PMS insomnia in the past but this was different. I woke up with so much energy, just like I had slept 8 hours. I tossed and turned for the next four hours before finally falling asleep at 5:30a. I believe this is when implantation happened and the rush of hormones awoke me (thanks Estrogen!). Later this morning my CM turns back to creamy. 01/31/17 9 DPO - Decided to test with FMU with ClinicalGuard test from Amazon after what I felt the early morning of 8 DPO. VERY very faint positive. So faint Hubby said maybe our eyes are playing tricks on us. I know its positive though, just early. Any line is a line and I had NEVER seen a hint of a line when I used this test in past cycles. 10 DPO - Faint Positive on FRER. You can see this on the top test in the photo. Its faint but its there! So over the moon. Symptoms are pretty calm. Abundance of CM which is a mix of creamy and EWCM. Normal PMS symptoms, just milder. 02/03/17 12 DPO - Strong BFP on FRER with FMU. Wanted a stronger test line so took this one for pictures! I am currently 4 weeks 5 days pregnant or 19 DPO. My diarrhea disappeared around 13-14 DPO. My cervix dropped at 14 DPO and has since moved around everywhere, however it is very very tightly shut. Currently CM is a mix of creamy, white, stringy and watery. But there is plenty. For me, I think lack of strong symptoms were my first sign of pregnancy. Usually PMS hits early, this time I felt like I was in a weird limbo where my body was just there, haha. I do believe now that diarrhea was a symptom for me, however at the time I could have seen it as indigestion. If you're having issues with fertility, look at your diet first. Going gluten free and adding daily exercise to my schedule completely changed my fertility, my cycle and my relationship with it :) good luck everyone!

FINALLY after 3.5 years - NO symptoms

I cannot believe i am sitting here writing this post. I have stalked this site for years! My hubby (40) and I (35) have been trying with a little help from an RE (clomid and progesterone and HSG surgery) and every natural remedy you have ever hear of on the internet for 3.5 years and had all but given up hope that we could conceive naturally. I have severely scared tubes, endo and PCOS. So we finally booked in for IVF. Our appointment to start stims is January 31 (TOMORROW). Well low and behold, I'm pregnant!!!! I had no symptoms, but it was my birthday dinner last Monday and thought i should test just to be sure before i went out and consumed copious amounts of booze. It was negative, so i tossed it and went out and had a great night. I have no idea what possessed me to look at it the next morning but I did and i swore i could see a little something! Now i have seen enough stark white negative pregnancy tests in my life and could not let myself believe it was something to get excited about but there was definitely something there. So I decided to test again and the line started to get darker and darker each day. And finally confirmed on a digital on Friday! I am pregnant!!!! Can you believe the month before we are to start IVF we finally did it!?? Things we did differently: i quite smoking again January 3 started taking fermented greens super food, clorella and wheat grass in a morning smoothie started running again took muzinex (sp??) around ovulation I only took 3 pills a day-ish before actual ovulation. Had them and decided why not. My naturopath thinks this is what did it. took progesterone hoohaa pills from ovulation to date. Hubby - took MACA and a really good multi Symptoms: NOTHING! totally dry little twinges and bubbles (just started now) some very mild cramping sore boobs (thought it was just the progesterone) I know it is very very early but I have decided to let myself be excited and to embrace the positive tests and tell the world! Even if the pregnancy isn't viable, we got pregnant! we actually got pregnant! That, in my opinion, is something to celebrate! PRAYING for a sticky bean and clear tubes!!!!

BFP with very irregular cycles!

I am sharing my story here, hoping it will help the women with irregular and anovulatory cycles. I have always had irregular cycles, ranging from 29 to 61 days. When we started TTC 8 months ago, I had little hope that getting pregnant would be easy. I had two very long (61 and 54 days) anovulatory cycles right when we started. Four months passed with no hope of me getting pregnant. Then I started taking Agnus Castus (Vitex) daily. Finally I started ovulating again, if very late (CD22 to CD26)! We timed BD perfectly, but 3 more months passed with no results. Then, this month, I started using Preseed and taking Antenatal pills (Biocare), and boom, pregnant! Not sure if it's thanks to Preseed or the antenatal pills, but they surely didn't hurt. However, I would recommend to anyone who has very irregular cycles and is not sure they're ovulating Agnus Castus. I am sure it did kickstart my body into ovulating again. In terms of symptoms, I had almost zero. In fact I was convinced I wasn't pregnant! 1DPO - Sore breasts, but this is completely normal for me post-ovulation, so not a symptom really 2DPO to 8DPO - Nothing, except my breasts being very tender 9 DPO - Sore breasts, watery CM, very light cramps, barely noticeable. BFN 10DPO - More sore breasts. BFN 11DPO - Very faint line on internet cheapie, but it didn't look like an evap. I bought a FRER to double check and voila, BFP! To everyone who is worrying because they ovulate late, don't worry, you can still get pregnant! This is my first, hope everything goes well!

NYE BFP after 2 years!

I can't believe I'm actually getting to share my story. My husband and I have been struggling with unexplained fertility for two years. We've watched family and friends achieve pregnancies with ease and often by accident. It's been so hard to be happy for others while secretly dying a little inside every time someone else would give us their news. For those reading this who are going through something similar, I want you to know that there are so many others who are in your shoes. There is hope, even if it often feels like there is none to be had. I was pretty much out of hope until today. We tried for a 2 full years, with a 2 month break last jan and feb. I had one CP in June 2015, but otherwise no luck whatsoever. After getting some tests done after the 1 year mark, I found I had elevated prolactin levels, and this was making my cycles a bit irregular. I started bromocriptine, and my cycles became like clockwork. We also tried clomid for 4 months, and I had a HSG that came back normal. My doc kept telling me that I'd be pregnant soon, but luck didn't seem to be in our favor. I work nights and my husband is on days, so we started using soft cups not only after sex but also as a way to inseminate. On days we didnt see each other, my husband would "deposit a sample" (lol) in a cup and wake me up for insemination. I'd leave it in until I went to work. This was our second month trying the soft cups. It's hard not to think they are part of the reason for my bfp. I decided to skip the clomid this month, and I ovulated early (cd13). I usually ovulate on day 15 or 16, but I noticed I was more aroused than normal, and I was suspicious and took a LH test. Glad I did, bc we would have probably missed our window. After ovulation, which I felt around 9am on cd 13, I had my stereotypical PMS symptoms, so I thought I was out this month again. I usually get the full gambit of symptoms before my period. Sore boobs, lethargy, headaches, mood swings, bloating. You name it. All have been present. The ONLY thing that was different were cramps on 8dpo that woke me up. Maybe it was implantation? Maybe? Fast forward to NYE, which was 11 dpo. I stopped taking pregnancy tests months ago, bc they brought too much heartbreak. Before I was getting in the shower, I peed on a stick and left it there while I showered. I fully expected to see nothing, which is the norm, and I mostly just wanted a clear conscience to drink at a party. Low and behold there was an extra pink line. I fell to my bathroom floor and cried. And laughed. And laughed while crying. My husband was out buying champagne for our New Years party. When he got home, I told him he'd be drinking it alone. It took him a second to process it, and kept saying "are you serious?" "Are you joking?!" Haha! Like I could joke about such a thing! He was starting to lose hope too, so he was just as shocked as I was. When we got to the party, I noticed my friend was suspiciously drinking water. I asked her if she was pregnant and she just smiled. She's 6 weeks and I'm almost at 4. I got to share our news with her, and we got to have a little secret together. Such an awesome surprise! I'm anxious that this little one holds on after the CP I had last year. Both mentally and physically, this somehow "feels different." I didn't have implantation bleeding or any symptoms that stand out as definitively "pregnant." I'm still in shock and plan on buying more tests to make this feel more real. Happy New Year everyone!!! 2016 may have been a beast of a year, but I can't be too mad at it, because it gave me my BFP, even if it was at the last minute.

BFP after 4 years - 0.4 AMH and 0% morphology

I had been a stalker for a long time and finally time has come to write about my story as this may help someone with Hope . We got married in 2009 and got our first kid in 2010 by god's grace. For the second we started trying in 2012. Months passed but all BFN (big fat negative (pregnancy test)) and regular AF.Infact we tried all suggestion google gave, preseed, raising leg, alternate days, etc etc. Decided to finally visit doctor in Feb 2016 ( know it is too late ) ,Doctor did several checks and said AMH is 0.4 and DH (dear husband) Morphology is 0% only way is to recommend to fertility. We visited fertility treatment in Mar 2016.They checked my tubes,HSG, etc etc ( no issues found ) sighting AMH and Morph said IVF (in vitro fertilization) with ICSI is the only option. Already spent 3K, we both were not prepared for treatment. Finally informed my mom. She requested us both to follow couple of things as she learned about Indian Ayurveda from someone. 1) Dried winter cherry roots powdered & mixed with honey every night - both 2) Dried moringa flower(buds) powdered & mixed with milk every night - DH. Along with this DH (dear husband) went for regular exercise and had doctors multivitamins everyday. We followed it religiously and something got changed in last 8 months. THis cycle No AF (Aunt Flo - menstruation/period) even after 3 days it was due, checked today morning and after 4 years of trying BFP!!!!! We BD'ed 10,12,14,15,16 just before going to sleep. Thank you God. Prayers for all TTCers.
