Not sure what to think
I do occasionally have PMS symptoms. Tender breasts, acne, and bloating, but nothing too terrible. This month my breasts are tender, and nipples very sensitive/sore (never had sore nipples). Like nothing I've experience before. They feel fuller, and I've been feeling slight twinges, and my nipples are more elongated than usual. This has been going on for about a week.
SO and I had unprotected sex 3 times during week of ovulation. I am 7 dpo now and AF is due on Sept 25th. I feel like I should mention that I have never had PMS symptoms this soon before AF is due.
For the past week I have been so exhausted. Usually I don't go to sleep until after midnight, but last week I didn't make it past 10 any night.
Today, out of nowhere, my lower back started hurting. As the day has gone on, my entire pelvic area aches and has a dull throb. I keep feeling slight twinges in my lower abdomen as well.
I realize that all of these symptoms are related to PMS, but they are not common for me.
It is too early for hpt, but just wanted some opinions on the situation.
