Pregnant While Nursing?

3 1/2 months postpartum. Experienced a bunch of symptoms around time of ovulation. Spotted light pink 4 days before I experienced a sharp zing where my left ovary is (low and deep in my pelvis). Assume this was ovulation; I always spot prior. Currently 11dpo and I tested last night and this morning but BFN... experiencing strong sense of smell, low/middle back and hip pains, body aches, “motion sickness/queasy”, hungry, food aversion/cravings, my taste is off and on (sometimes food has a strong flavor if that makes sense)... symptoms have changed since spotting... On 9dpo I began to experience extreme fatigue and cramping and noticed a peach shade on my toilet paper like the beginning of my period (except not red) and it lightened to a pink the next day. Never got heavier; only lighter. Tested that night but BFN. By the 3rd day/11dpo, it’s barely there at all. Experienced the mild AF cramps, which eased up by the third day. I just feel “heavy” and bloated. LOTS of soft poops, but I think it’s my morning coffee making me feel “off”??? Tested but BFN... Can I be pregnant? Or just a whacky period from nursing?
