I was really depressed due to it. Then after joining this forum many ladies guide me. I feared that if my husband hates me then what would I do? But thank god I am feeling changes in my weight. I want to thank all the ladies. this forum is really very helpful for me. I have also seen your link. thanks for sharing a diet plan. I really need it. Nice to meet you, dear.

Did I get it right - your dh hates you because of your extra lbs?? I'm so extremelly sorry to hear that! :oops: I sit here today and i think how strange thing life is. We go through so many things, we worry, we cry, we feel hopeless and useless and all these negative emotions. But here we are, stronger than ever, fighting for what we want! And sooner or later we will get there. No matter how much extra lbs we have or how much of those is lost. This is not the point one might be judged for :doh: I'm sorry your dh is not supportive, this must pain..Try with a good hearty talk with him..Also congrats with your dieting plan success.
