Three Years and a BFP

Postby abcairnie » Fri Dec 30, 2016 2:21 pm

On Tuesday I had my first BFP after three years and two failed cycles of clomid TTC #2!!!!!!

I am obviously ecstatic and in a slight state of denial that this is even possible! However, I have been having mild cramping continuously on only my right side all day today. Need some reassurance!

Wow, congrats! I had mild cramps until 5 or 6 weeks with my son. Cramping is totally normal- there's a lot going on in there! As long as it's not severe and not accompanied by heavy bleeding, you shouldn't be too worried. ;)

Congratulations to you! I am glad that things finally worked for you. I can understand the reason behind your denial. After the years of struggle, it is really like a miracle. I hope things go smoothly for you. Just take extra care of yourself. Good luck to you. I have also started my second cycle of IVF, hoping it works for us.

I hope it is a positive sign. I can understand the frustration that goes around with things not working out. However, staying positive and determinant is the key. I hope things work out for you. Just do a test now. After which go for a blood test as well. This will just confirm things. Sending baby dust your way.
